Recently, I called Kelly heating for an assessment for my heater. The workers came, was very friendly, did the assessment but refer me to another company and left in 20 minutes. I later received a bill for 100 dollars. Come on, 100 dollars for 20 minutes and only assessment? It's more expensive than going to a counselor, probably I should start a business on heating and plumbing too.
Called first thing at 7am. Needing a simple job done for my parents. They say we will be there SOMETIME today. Umm you expect my parents to wait from 7am to 5pm? Their response? Yes that's correct. Even Mediacom gives you a time window. That should tell you everything you need to know. Look elsewhere.
I've used Kelly Heating and Air twice for furnace issues and the service was prompt and professional. I was able to be seen same day on both occasions, and their prices are reasonable.
First guy they sent out had no idea how to do electrical. Took 2 guys and 730 bill later. I paid for his inability to figure something out instead of getting knowledge worker. Avoid
Very bad experience, asked the lady on a Saturday morning to sell me a fan motor she asked me if I have a license which I don't know why, she answered that her insurance requires them to sell to a licensed people, asked her how she can help me by installing a new motor, she said service fees are $96.00 + tax, plus I have to pay the installation fees and the motor price, asked he to explain all that for me so I can understand, she was very unhelpful which I understood from her that you just need to keep paying money until we tell you enough, she refused to explain the she walked away from me saying that she is not selling me the motor, I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY & WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, good luck Kelly!!
