I can't say enough good things about Kelly Heating. I can honestly say I've always felt like I was in good hands with them. The techs are friendly, thorough, and very helpful. My furnace was over 27 years old and it gave me peace of mind knowing I was taken care of by them. I would absolutely recommend them!!

As a Property Manager in Iowa City, I confidently say that Kelly Heating and Air is my #1 option for HVAC issues. I have used other companies that may have been more affordable, but it usually resulted in my having calling Kelly out to properly fix the repair.

The quality of work is unmatched in my opinion. Big shoutout to Tom and Byron for their work thus far.

I had a technician out to my home to check on my A/C unit. He was not very personable, didn't make eye contact with me and just mumbled that there was a bad part and he would check if they had it, or would "call around" and left. I received a phone call from a different person that said the part had to be ordered and would be here in a week or less, but I could expidite it (reciept in 3 days) for an additional $115. I said I would wait a week. A week came and went and I called, they said they hadn't gotten the part yet. Two weeks, no call from Kelly. I called them and still no answers. They told me I would be charged for the part when it came in if I chose to use a different company when I agreed to order it, not knowing it would be so much later than they quoted! Terrible service. Never again.

Incredibly unprofessional company. Lied about problems with my air conditioning in order to make a bigger profit. Continued to lie after the issue was addressed. Workers were rude, loud, and seemed to work slowly. They also lingered on my property after “finishing” their work. Customer service was poor as well, communications were difficult. I would never consider giving another cent to this company and hope no one else makes the same mistake.

I had Kelly Heating & AC come over to give me an estimate on replacing my old AC system. The person who came over looked at the old blower for about 1 minute and the outside unit for about 1 minute, then said it would be expensive. He didn't ask me any questions about my needs. The only options he spoke about were that it might be a simillar price to do those new single room ac units. He asked if I wanted a written estimate or a ball park figure. I said of course I'd like to know right now but would also like something written with a few options sent to me. He told me $7,500.00 which was $1,500 more than another place. I never received any written estimates. It seemed that the technician didn't want to be there and didn't want the job.

We called Kelly after our air conditioner starting pouring out water. They arrived that day. They called ahead of time and the rep who serviced our air conditioner was thorough and explained exactly what he found. It was excellent.

I’ve had nothing but excellent service and friendly staff and technicians. They are courteous and prompt. I just had my furnace and AC replaced and the team cleaned up everything and you would never know workmen were at my house. I have had a service contract with them for years and would highly recommend them!

It wasn't easy for them to figure out what was wrong with our furnace but they came out 4 x's including 1 late night on call and only charged us for the initial visit and the part they eventually ended up using to fix the problem. Fantastic service!!! They didn't try to sell us something we didn't need which was very much appreciated.

Courteous, professional and efficient troubleshooting. They do not know how long the job will take at each site, so they have to have a 'window.' We have been customers since the early 90's and have always received quality service.

The male secretary was very rude and not professional. Have recorded evidence of threats and using the F word. Customers have had complaints with this male secretary to where one client wanted to sue being so rude using foul language along with threats. Not a professional employee to have on your payroll.
