These guys are fantastic. I rarely post recommendations, but I have to recommend Above and Beyond in a big way. I am visiting my elderly mother, and when I got here a few days ago I noticed her central air was only putting out a little cold air. I called her normal HVAC place, but they (along with everyone else I called) were booked out for 3+ weeks due to the heat wave that has hit CR. A friend recommended Above and Beyond, so we made a call, and they were able to come out within 3 days. Today Jason and Michael showed up (on time), and they were able to recharge the system and get it working in short order. In addition, they were very professional yet friendly. It was a pleasure working with them.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I *HIGHLY* recommend Above and Beyond.

One of the best service experiences I've had! In the midst of a heat wave, when everyone else is scheduling out at least a week, Jason and his son are busting their butts working dawn to dark. They were on-site the day after we called and had our AC back up and running two days later (one day to order and assemble parts). TRULY Above and Beyond!

We woke to a frigid house (below 40 downstairs in unfinished basement, where utility closet is also located)!!!!! Our heater quit while we slept. Our pipes froze. Somewhere. I called no less than 10 local businesses to fix our heat or check our pipes or both. This was before anyone was open, including calling several which claimed 24/7 service. I scheduled appts with 3 that replied or had online scheduling. Then, shortly before his listed hours of business, Jasen picked up the phone. I could tell I woke him. He arrived at my home within an hour. He fixed my heater and listened to a HIGHLY anxious and worried homeowner ramble non stop. He offered genuine, honest, “if I were you” advise regarding the pipe/water situation. He left his own large space-heater set up near my water heater/water meter/where the pipes enter our home. He called routinely for 24 hours to make sure things were working out.
Jasen was/is a godsend to me. Can not recommend a better experience for all that occurred! 5stars, 10/10 would recommend to anyone! 💯

Michael from Above and Beyond came out to fix our furnace this afternoon and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and repaired our unit quickly and effectively. He took the time to explain the issue, repair, and what I should be aware of in the future. I felt that the price for the service was more than fair. I have no reason to call anyone other than A&B for future repair. Thanks!!

Jasen is great at what he does. He is a very experienced service technician who genuinely cares about his customers and about the quality of work he performs. His company also offers very reasonable rates, has an awesome referral plan where you can earn cash, as well as other promotions. Above & Beyond is a new company; however, Jasen the owner, has been working in this field (for other companies in this area until opening his own company) for a long time. Jasen is well known in this area for his quality work, honesty, and customer service. We have used Jasen for our home repairs, installation, and preventative maintenance for many years now. I would highly recommend Above & Beyond Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone!

Our AC quit during one of the hottest days of the season, and despite an extremely busy schedule of emergency HVAC calls Jasen was able to fit our service in. He had our AC up and running again quickly and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend working with Above & Beyond Air Conditioning. Great prices and even better service!

Jason and his team are punctual, good at communicating and great to work with. Using Above & Beyond for all my maintenance needs. They gave us a great referrals for some other work we were planning to do as well.

After our hot water heater started acting up we called Benjamin Franklin and had two gentleman show up to look at it. Without even really looking at it they told me it would be 7 to 8 hundred dollars to open it up and that they couldn't guarantee it could be fixed. 20 minutes later they were trying to sell me a water heater for 2600 dollars with installation. Thinking that sounded excessive i told them i needed to think on it. A few weeks later it finally quit working all together and so i wanted to try someone else to really check and see if it was this bad and needed to drop that much money. After above and beyond showed up and i explained to them the exact same thing i told Benjamin Franklin, the guy from above and beyond said it sounds like it's simply your ignitor in the water heater that sometimes builds up corrosion. 20 minutes and 81 dollars later it was fixed. I couldn't be more happy with how amazed i was and thankful that they saved me from basically being robbed and taken advantage of like Ben Franklin tried to do to me. It shows that there are still honest people out there and small businesses have a place in our society. I can't say enough good stuff in this review about above and beyond. Use them if you ever have any plumbing and heating problems. Thank you above and beyond.

Company was professional and did not waste my time or my money. During the whole transaction/process it was clear that my family's best interest was the most important factor in their business. I will be dealing with them exclusively in the future and would advise anyone else looking into AC//Heating repair to do the same.
