The personnel was helpful, dependable, simple to connect with, and finished the job very quickly! They arrived sooner than anticipated and stayed for the whole amount of time promised. We needed our main line cleaned out after a horrible basement flood caused by overgrown roots.

This is the second time I've contacted their Plumbing to fix a root blocked waste line that flows from my home and connects to the drain line on the street. They showed up on the same day I called, and resolved the issue in just an hour. They even gave me some suggestions about how to stop roots from growing back as quickly. I'll need them again in a couple of years, and I'm confident they'll continue to perform their duties at a reasonable cost.

Regular pipe maintenance, clearing tree roots from sewage lines, and recent water heater repairs. They provide excellent customer service all around, are reasonably priced, and are always on time. If you're unsure of who to call or trust, I recommend picking these folks.

Des Moiner Plumbing & HVAC Co. was OUTSTANDING! They came here for a completely unrelated repair (shower faucet) and discovered that the exhaust pipe from tankless water heater had partially melted. We had no idea as it sits high in our garage. Thanks to excellent observation skills, they prevented a major fire from starting because of the hot exhaust gas that had been blowing on my now discolored drywall.
