Lenny's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Lenny showed up on time and was very honest. I called Lenny to inspect and clean out a sewer drain after another plumber was unable to finish the sewer inspection due to obstructionsin the sewer line. The other plumber tried to upsell me on expensive jet blasting, but Lenny was able to complete the inspection with a simple method of just cutting through the obstructions. Lenny was able to do this at a fraction of the cost. I'll definitely be calling him in the future.

Our home was serviced with professionalism from the owner to the plumber to the receptionist! Not only was our service request timely scheduled and completed, we received a follow up call to ensure quality service was provided.

These guys are great. They are hard working, honest, and compassionate. They have come to my house several times. They even came back right away when I had a mystery basement drip that turned out to be a bad ice maker house. Best plumbers ever!!

I'm now finding out that Lenny didn't have a permit pulled to replace water heater at my new residence through American Home Shield. I trusted him and his company to do an honest job and not take advantage. I've turned this over to the City of Moline inspections and they will be taking it from there. But in the meantime, guess who's going to have to bring the sub par work up to code and pay for it? AVOID THIS COMPANY and AMERICAN HOME SHIELD WARRANTY .

Very professional. Quick to respond. Called and arrived when they said. Installed a new hot water heater in record time. Cleaned up nicely. Would use them again if ever needed a plumber.

AVOID THIS PLACE AND AMERICAN HOME SHIELD AT ALL COST!!! Lenny is incompetent, unprofessional and a liar!! On 7/17th through American Home Shield he came to my home he was supposed to be here at 4:30 arrived @6:00 and attempted to clear the sewer system and failed due to the fact that he didn't use the proper equipment and he lied to me, I called Peterson Plumbing today they came immediately over and had it DONE in 30 minutes and informed me that they broke my drain plug and clean out was not on tight releasing sewer gas into my home!!

Came out on a Sunday to fix hot water heater pressure valve. Drove 45 mins for a less than 10 min job...very fast, very nice, and very professional. Thank you again for your service!!!

Great Experience! He wanted to fit me in his schedule, so he came out on a Sunday. He was fast, and efficient! Very satisfied, and will be using his company in the future.
