I would not recommend this company. I had someone come out to look at my a/c, took him 30mins to tell me I needed a new a/c unit & quoted me $6000+ & then charged me $248+ for nothing. I called someone I knew to have it fixed. Charged me $200, & all I needed was a new fan inside the a/c unit. Next time send someone that's going to repair my a/c. Not a saleman.

As maintenance director for a commercial property management company I have tried many hvac companies and by far rj nelson is the best hands down.

Tyler came out today to e what was going on with our AC unit, he was amazing. Very nice, professional, and willing to explain things to me. So glad this company was recommended to me.

Nice people and they stand by there work and R J nelson are true crafts man of there trade!!

I searched for 24 HOUR AC service when I got home and my house was 90 degrees. When I finally got a call back 2 hours later I was told they would not come out that day. I don't understand how a company can advertise 24 hours and not be 24 hours. I give this company ZERO STARS, but it would not let me post this without choosing one star. I would never use this company for anything.

So far service has been good. Will update if needed after they install our new central air unit.

An awesome job, and got to us within an hour of our call. I'd recommend this company to anyone who has furnace problems.

They really did a good job in AC check. Thorough and cleaned up well.
