Phil's Comfort Zone, Inc

This past week as the temperatures have gotten higher, we noticed that our air conditioner wasn't performing the way it should. Called our trusty A/C man, Phil Brainard with Phil's Comfort Zone, and he came out and took care of it quickly and showed us what to do in the future. He helped us at our old home, when we needed much more extensive work done and he comes when we just need a quick fix as well at our new home. Every time he comes, he makes us a priority and checks back later to see that everything is to our satisfaction. In this world, it is so easy to get scammed or over-charged, but not with Phil. He is honest, ethical, and hard working. If you wind up in need of help with your air conditioner or furnace, he is the guy to call!

I used Phil for a re-model I was doing. He was very professional, quick and practical. He was honest and didn't try to upsale me when there was still good life in the furnace. If you want an HVAC man you can trust, use Phil.

Phil is great. He is honest, does great work, and very reasonable price wise. I will only use him for all of my HVAC from now on.

Froze all night with the furnace out, called Phil's the next morning. He gave me some things to try that would save me a service call and it worked! Definitely not something you would see most service/repair places do they are always looking to get money. These guys will always be my first call for service and repair!

My mom was in a pretty bad accident this past Monday and Phil and his son stopped to help her... She was driving on the highway and she lost control of her truck and went into a ditch and hit a tree head on. By the grace of God, her truck is totaled and she is almost untouched! Phil is an AMAZING man for taking the time to stop in the dark, IN THE FREEZING COLD, to help an accident victim! I want to say thank you SO much to this man and his son for staying with my mom until I got there and even until the paramedics got there and took her to the hospital by ambulance while she was scared for her life! Truly my moms Guardians Angel!!!

My A/C unit developed a badly leaking drip pan. After close inspection, a bit more work was required. After the holiday weekend, my problems were solved in a fair and honest manner. I have A/C again and all is right with the world! If you are looking for fair and honest, this is your only stop!!!
