Replaced my AC and Heater. He did a great job for a very reasonable price. If you do get a hold of him, you won't regret hiring him.

Jim Wagner was the original installer of the hot water heater in my home from a previous owner. It was only a year or two old when the pilot light quit working. I called him because his sticker was on the water heater and he did fix that. But I had a cold air duct that was making noise, and he took my cold air duct cover, saying he was going to replace it and never returned! I called him many many times, asked for the old one back, he said no can do. And he just kept or destroyed the old one and never brought my new one! Do not do business with this man!

He is always going the extra mile for his customers. When ever I call him he is always at work. He is always available no matter the time if even if something was not planned out. He will always make sure the job gets done well and good no matter how long it takes him. He really does care about his customers!

Always professional and going the extra mile. He’s done my drains twice a year for five years. Explains the issue and is fair priced! Recommend him to anyone!

My A coil kept freezing up, Jim came out and scraped about a plate full of cat hair off of it. If you have pets, and having this problem, call Jim. Also checked my Freon. Would recommend to all.

Look out my living room window and see a Wagner's van parked in my driveway. Opened my front door and asked, "Can I help you?" "Oh," he said. He is working next door and didn't realize anyone was home.

So that makes it ok for you to park in my driveway???

There is an entire street and the driveway of the house that he is working on, but apparently he needs to park on someone else's private property 😠

Very poor. Had date to work on foucet in kitchen and he never showed up I called twice and no answer.

No call, no show for appointment. We called him, no return call. Not recommended.
