Thanks to Bonnie and Kelsey at the Print Services desk!!! They were able to print me some new business cards last minute and save the day for the meeting in the morning! Stellar service and extremely professional!

Felt like every employee in the store stopped to ask of we were finding everything ok in a very short time... however it was nice when we were ready to buy we didn't have to hunt someone down to help.

Had an online order pick-up. Part of it seemed to be in lock-up. The only person who said he could get in there was dealing with a misdelivered order. Turns out the item was where it should have been all along. What should have been a three minute process took a half hour.

Manager was helpful in dealing with a warranty situation. She made the necessary contact with the warranty company and a solution to the problem is in process.

They boxed up a dropped printer, taped it up and sold it as new.
When I opened the box, gears and frame pieces fell out. When I turned it on, it said “Printer error, consult manual “.
Ill never buy at Staples again. Worthless...

Great service with very knowledgeable staff. Always have a large selection. Tim at checkout was so helpful.

The selection of business & office supplies is appreciated. There are times I need more than what general department stores offer.
