LINS Heating & Air Conditioning

I called after hours to arrange service. I was appreciative that the service tech informed me up front of the fees for after-hours service so that I might choose to wait until the morning to arrange service. The service tech called to let me know when they would be arriving. They had the parts needed with them and successfully repaired my AC unit. I was pleased with the service they provided.

Great customer service! The technician that came out was on time and very knowledgeable. He worked fast and explained any issues there was. Went above and beyond in my opinion with my furnaces and was very respectful with helping me understand my set up. Highly recommend LINS for all heating and air conditioning needs.

Our water heater went out and couldn’t get our usual plumbers here same day. We were referred to LINS from one of the many plumbers we contacted; they arrived same day. They worked directly with the manufacturer on our warranty and returned the next day to replace our water heater. They were done in a matter of an hour, maybe two. Fast, efficient, friendly and responsive. Needless to say, we’ve found our new go to! Highly recommend!

Our AC quit cooling at the beginning of what is forecasted to be a very hot week or so. I sent an email on Sunday night. I got a call on Monday morning early. Lins was able to make the repair later the same day. A mouse had chewed through some of the wiring to the compressor. Thanks.

LINS was responsive immediately. I informed them our furnace was not working and someone came out the same day. They checked into our warranty for us in order to get a very expensive part covered even though our furnace was installed by an unknown company.

Our family has used LINS Heating & Air Conditioning for years. They are friendly, professional and responsive. They perform annual service checkups at a reasonable price for our HVAC and hot water heaters.

The winter before last, our carbon monoxide sensors went off early in the morning. LINS sent a tech right out to find the problem. We had a cracked heat exchanger. It was a very cold day. No matching replacement furnace was available in town. The owner arranged for the closest supplier to meet him on the highway halfway to our town. He diverted several of his crews to our house and helped with the job personally. They had the old unit replaced and the new one up running in a couple of hours. This allowed us to stay in our home instead of a hotel. The price LINS charged us was incredibly fair. We have been recommending them to friends without hesitation. We will continue to rely on their incredible service in the future!

A family member referred me to Lins based off their quality and reputation. I have been extremely happy with their work, I've had both my cooling and heating maintanenced. During the heating maintenance the tech Kasey found a leak and rust from the water inside my furnace, he fixed it and cleaned it up for me. Explained what was wrong. He was prompt showing up and thorough with his work, making sure he did the job right. I had no idea there was a leak, but glad it was found and got fixed before winter! I will definitely be referring others who need their type of service to this company! Thank you!

We use Lins for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. They installed our air conditioning today and did a wonderful job. You could feel it throughout the house and they were extremely professional. I had to leave early this morning and they were there on time and prompt (even though it turned out plans changed and my husband was home).

Fantastic service. We had a tech out to do a yearly tune up on our AC and Furnace and he was amazing and friendly. He took his time and checked everything. He was very professional and let us know what needed to be fixed in the near future so we were aware that we needed some work done. The lady I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment was super friendly and had great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend LINS Heating & Air.
