I had 5 local Hvac companies in the 52402 area come out and quote a new furnace when mine was on the verge of going out at the coldest time of the season, Tim came out took a look at the situation, informed me on what my options were with no hassle or pressure of persuasion. Tim gave me a quote for two options. I chose the option that fit in my budget, and set the appointment, the tech showed up on time, was curtious, and got the job done in a timely manner. He gave a great quality of work and the pride he took in his skill set showed! I can't explain my satisfaction with the quality brand name product and impeccable service I received at a far better price then the competitors. I highly recommend Iltens for your heating needs.

Our air conditioner went out on Sunday and I called first thing Monday morning and they put me on the schedule for Wed. They called me back in less then an hour and sent the technician out at 10:00 am on Monday and it was fixed by 11:00 am. Best service and best price !!

SERVICE arrived on time and headed straight for my furnace problem, it was a open high air pressure swich on my high effecentcy furnace that would not calibrate. The part was on the truck and covered by a 10-year warranty. Labor was not included. 1-hr later my home was warm again. Thank you

HVAC equipment installed at our new home was done professionally and with excellent workmanship. When the humidifier at the furnace appeared to not work, they willingly sent a technician who fixed it promptly without cost.
