Great company & people. When are furnace did not come in as scheduled Charity worked all day with American Home Shield to get 1 that day. She made it happen! This was a Friday in March and with all her hard work the warranty company paid the overtime to do the install on a Saturday. I would recommend them to anyone!!! :-)

I go through American Home Shield and they contract through this business, so it's always a roll of the dice because you can't choose the contractor. But they've been the go-to for our finicky HVAC system for a few years and they've been terrific--on time, prompt, professional, instructive, and will mask up on request. Would fully recommend them.

Had problems with my home warranty company when my a/c went out. Home warranty company couldn’t get me a new unit for weeks. Choice was able to figure out a solution and get the problem resolved right away! Highly recommend them!

I go through American Home Shield and was assigned this contractor to clean out my main sewer drain. The person on the phone was very rude, stating I didn't have a "clean out" drain so they weren't coming out. I had to hire another company and, within 5 minutes, they were able to locate my clean out drain. It was very upsetting as the company was unwilling to work with me to find a solution.

Great people to work with. Been out here several times via AHS for a unforeseen sewer back-up and furnace issues last spring when we moved into our home. Our furnace finally bit the dust and they installed our new one this week as soon as AHS delivered it, even with the high call volume I assumed they had seeing with the -50 degree windchills and made sure we were satisfied. Would recommend.

Choice Plumbing saved the day! A/C went out on hottest day of the year. Choice Plumbing was here within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Pricing was explained when I made the appointment. After diagnosing and repairing the problem, they even discounted the cost without being asked. I would definitely call them again.

The "Lady" at the front dest was not customer friendly and had an attitude. I hung up and just chose someone more friendly.

Still waiting for Hot Water 6 DAY's. Since called American home shield. 3 DAYS SINCE DIAGNOSIS I NEED NEW HOT WATER HEATER PAPERWORK NOT EVEN SUBMITTED BY CHOICE PLUMBING NO COMMUNICATION RUN AROUND WHEN I CALLED YESTERDAY. WEEKEND HERE NOW I HAVE TO GO WITH HOT WATER ANOTHER3DAYS GET ME HOT WATER HEATER FOR SERVICE ALREADY PAID FOR I CAN PUT IT IN FOR CHOICE PLUMBING SUBMITTING YOUR PAPERWORK IS DIFFICULT FOR CHOICE HEATING AND PLUMBING ENJOY YOUR SHOWER TODAY.

Mike was great. He was prompt and fixed the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.
