I called to order a new blower motor for a 15 year old furnace. Rick Hines at Shortys asked me about the model number of my furnace to make sure I was ordering the correct motor, suggested that I order a capacitor to go with the new motor and and then walked me through the shipment options. Nice personal service that you would never get on Amazon.

Shortys does business the way it should be done, but unfortunately is rare in most companies. They have always been able to help me and had the correct factory replacement parts that I needed and got them to me very quickly. I highly recommend giving them a call to get the right parts, instead of guessing on some website.

Discovered Shortys online.I emailed them from Ireland looking for a spare part for an Armstrong furnace. In fairness, I did not have a parts number. So I sent them photographs. In jig time I got as reply from Rick at Shortys. He had located the part. Not only that but he got it into stock and sent it to me in Ireland. Rick kept in touch every step of the way. Great place to do business with.They had the part in stock and it arrived quickly and I was able to fix my furnace myself. I couldn't buy the part locally because I am not a plumber and in my state you have to have a contractor's license to buy from the store that I went to.THANKS SHORTYS! Shorty, himself, helped me with shipping and very kindly answered my questions first thing in the morning - even before he opened. His free shipping got the part we needed here in 3 days (USPS Priority) from Indiana to Florida. Fantastic. Product was new, as described, and the best price available. I found the part online while making an overnight repair, called in the morning to confirm fit/compatibility. Order placed on a Wednesday morning, installed by Friday afternoon.

I do not recommend this seller. Thought I had a bad inducer and purchased the part for my furnace. Repair man advised part not needed. Returned part in unopened box and charged an outrageous 25% restocking fee. Won’t use this supplier again. Reporting to BBB and Consumer Reports.
