I received my part in Texas within 3 days. The items fit my AC. The items cost less than others I had priced. I received courteous service over the phone. I needed to return a part I didn't use; it's 25% restocking fee. I had no issues with them at all. I would recommend them

Very friendly customer service. Took all of my information. Got me a shipping quote since I needed the part overnighted. Very patiently cross checked my information to make sure I got the proper parts. Super easy, online, and over the phone ordering and I was confident I was getting the right part. It was here by 12pm the next day.

Even though they didn't carry the part I needed , they were quick to get it found ordered and shipped by the following day of initial contact and you can't be mad about that kinda of excellence in customer service! Thanks Shortys HVAC and specifically Rick for all your help!

Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service! I ordered parts, Shorty contacted me and asked from what I ordered did I need one unit assembly kit, which they had vs the individual parts I ordered, saving me 50 dollars on a price that already was very good. I highly recommend!

I ordered an Inducer for an older Carrier furnace. It came 90% assembled, which is a huge time saver.
After I ordered the part I had a question and the owner actually replied back very quickly. Great experience all around. I am saving Shortys to my favorite list. 👍

When my furnace fail to start I just found out checking the trouble code (4-2) that I have a bad Inducer
I start checking on Google where I can buy a replacement
After 5 or 6 companies told me they don’t have it or call again in January I was lucky to call Shortys HVAC Supplays LLS
When Ash answer the phone he told me they will have 3 inducers 340793-762 the next day and I can have one by overnight shipping
I put the order,I payed and the next day I did have it
