The easiest online parts purchase ever!! Customer service was great. As you know when ordering furnace parts , there are hundreds of the same named part but fit different. Sent a message with model # and part name, boom right back with correct info! Ordered it Friday, furnace quit Sunday, part delivered Monday. Twenty minutes later, we have heat!! Thanks guys!!!

Excellent service! The draft inducer on my furnace started making a grinding sound and I determined the bearing was going out. Searching around, Shortys had the best price for the replacement part. This part is and updated design and I needed to know if the pressure switches in my furnace would work or if I needed new ones because of the redesign. I called Shortys, they picked up immediately and after giving them the specific model of furnace, they were able to confirm that I did not need new pressure switches. I ordered the part and received a shipment notice from them 45 minutes after placing my order. Ordered Wednesday around 11:00AM and had the part Friday by noon.

Great customer service over the phone and 2 day shipping! I called in asking questions about the humidifier filter (20 years old and updated/change product numbers). The rep looked up my product number, did a little research to make sure I didn’t need a distributor tray, and told me the one filter was all I needed. He was correct!
