they were very response and courteous. they did there best to fix our problem, but unfortunately the ac unit was beyond repair. they gave us options which we are now evaluating. I would highly recommend your company to anyone needing ac or heating service.
Tech did not use backdoor he put the booties on but still left a muddy track thru the house. Even though I told him to use the backdoor to access the basement door

Our central air stopped working at 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I called them based on reviews I saw online. Jason called me back in less than 5 minutes. He was on another call and said he'd be here as soon as possible. He showed up about 6pm. He was extremely professional and polite. He told me what he was looking at, and explained what he was doing the entire time. He had our air conditioner working in no time. He went above and beyond what we expected. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality work done to their heating and air.
The technician Jason is awesome. Very polite and very professional. In January we had to have emergency service at 3 AM. The tech that answered was very rude. He asked if I wanted him to come right away. I said yes my house is cold. He snapped back at me and asked if I knew it was 3 AM.? When he arrived he was very rude to both my wife and I. I called the next morning to report this unacceptable behavior. I asked to talk to the service manager. Was told he was unavailable. I asked them to have him call me. He never did. I am so disappointed that your customer service does not care that this tech was out of line. I am shopping currently to take my business else where. Very disappointing.
The Collier's team communicated with us well and were very fast with getting us on the schedule. They lent us electric heaters when our heat went out which we ended up not needing to use but it was good piece of mind to have them there. Their pricing seems pretty average and the team is very polite.
Collier's did a great job for us installing three ductless units, very happy with the result and quality of the work. They take great care of their customers.
Jason is the BEST technician we have had and I always request him for our heating and cooling maintenance!! He is a valuable asset to the Collier company!!🙂
