Very satisfied with the team from JO Mory. Mark, Harry the service techs. We did need a new system and Seth great. Very professional and talked in terms we could understand and answered our questions. Installation was super quick. Thank you to Cameron and Austin. Everyone was so personal to talk with. Cameron and Seth had to return another day to install the thermostat which went smooth! Thank you to all.

Kyle,Troy and Seth did a great job. Troy and Kyle installed my furniss and Seth was a wonderful business man. They all did a great job and I thank them.

Had a tech out to look at my American Standard tankless water that runs my floor heat (since they are an American Standard dealer….) you could tell that tech had no clue why it was throwing the error codes, I simply wanted to order the 2 items the code suggested on replacing. Item #1 an AGM valve and item #2 was the main control board. Needless to say over 3 weeks later I never received a call back from JOMory on my replacement parts, however I did receive one call from an inside guy wanting to schedule a salesman visit to sell me a whole new unit!!! My unit is 3yrs old!! I told this gentleman to pretty much order it and repeatedly was told “this is not our policy”…. I was amazed.
A few days after the tech was out I received a $90.00 bill in the mail, I’m still confused on what I’m actually paying for since I received absolutely zero assistance. Luckily I own a very successful industrial contracting business and took matters into my own hands to complete the issues and getting my heat system running.
I will be waiting for my return phone call on my parts, issues or game plan before I even print a check and drive it 4 miles to their main office. This whole situation is absolutely unprofessional and I would recommend calling these guys as your last case scenario

I do know if I ran my business this way I would not be in business

We called this morning because we didn't have any heat. They said they would have a tech call us back and 12 hours later we still haven't received a call back. I do not recommend

Very kind did an awesome job they installed a new furnace and we had them add central air unit . What a difference in our house temperature throughout, much better they even sent me a thank you letter for choosing them for a quote. We even talked about our families really made me feel comfortable very trusting people. I would highly recommend them. They were very knowledgeable on all the units available that I chose from and they even called to check how things were going if everything was ok. I had several questions and Dave even gave me his number to call if I needed anything else or had any questions I did call and Dave answered each time he was so kind. Glad we went with JO Mory and Dave you are one awesome guy, a good hearted man!

I had a new heating and A/C installed. The two men who did the work were Cameron and Keith. They did excellent work and I highly recommend them.

I had a heat pump installed in my commercial building this past May 2021. The installation was professional and the cost of the heat pump was competitive. I highly recommend J O Mory for your heating and air conditioning needs!
