We had a great experience. AJ came out in a couple days after our call and checked things out. Our a /c motor was blown, our furnace was 24 years old so we decided to replace them both.The price was good. Jim and Arron came out and installed both in a few hours. Their work was done in a timely manor and left no mess at all. Everything is working great,I would highly recommend their business. Janis and Greg Francis

Fantastic service. Our furnace stopped heating at 2pm on the coldest day of the year. -35 wind chills and temp in the house was dropping fast. After 4 calls to local HVAC companies we called modern heating and cooling. They came out, diagnosed, went to get parts and got the heat working. Could not recommend more!!

We have been a costumer for many years , they take care of all our repairs and maintenance.
Recently had a furnace repair and the tech and staff went out of their way to make sure we had heat. Great staff of people that really value their customers.

Installed my home HVAC system in 2019. Everyone from office employees to technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and did a perfect job keep our house at the correct temp year round. Stopped by to pick up a compressor resistor for guest house. In stock and very good price. Thanks for the great service

Jason was on time, friendly, professional, prepared, and very knowledgeable! We had a sticker that had worked its way into the blower and was making a horrible sound. Jason figured out what was wrong right away and didn’t try to make it seem like it was anything else. He then cleaned and checked both the AC and Heating units, topped off our Freon gas, and gave an honest assessment of the projected life span of our system—which I very much appreciated. The cost was reasonable, as well. I totally recommend Modern Heating!

Modern delivered great service again. I use them because they are honest and dependable. Replaced AC/furnace and new ductwork. A 7.5 hour job and kept me engaged and informed along the way. Well done!

We had tech "Jason" from Modern Heating come out to inspect why our heat wasn't working. He told us we need to purchase a new unit because we had a blown heat exchanger. We had a different HVAC company come out the next day and to our surprise, our heat exchanger was in perfect working condition and to top things off, Modern Heating had shut off our gas line which would explain why our heat wasn't working! The CEO of Modern Heating called to inquire if he was going to make a sale, and when I explained our concern, he stubbornly stood by his tech and was completely dismissive of our concern. It is truly unbelievable that a company would operate like this, and we would not recommend them and are considering reporting them for their shenanigans.

Wonderful company to work with! Everyone that I have spoken to has been outstanding and very helpful. Just had new furnace install after mine that was over 25 years old went out the day before New Years! Helped install my new Nest for me too! Would recommend them to anyone :)

I had their tech Jason out today. Very knowledge guy, does not push something you don't need. Gave options that made sense. Woukd definitely recommend for service!!!
