We woke up and the A/C wasn't working. I called Earl's and they were very courteous and helpful over the phone. Happily, our service tech arrived 15 min early and within an hour. He was friendly and courteous. He found the problem and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. He solved the problem and the fees were reasonable. I've used them in the past and will do so when we need them in the future. Thanks Corey. Great job.
We contacted Earl’s to inquire about a new A/C since ours was at the end of its life. We decided to replace the furnace at the same time since it was old. Everyone we dealt with from Earl’s was outstanding. The people who answer the phone were polite and courteous. The owner stopped out to answer our questions and obtain information to create a quote. He retuned with a quote and we decided to have the work done. The owner was patient with us and answered all our questions and explained what to expect. The install team was outstanding. They were polite, professional and respectful of our property. They cleaned up and after they left you would never know that a lot of work just took place. You can tell that care was taken by looking at the finished install. I highly recommend Earl’s!
I had an issue with my a/c not cooling. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which is a plus (the original place I was referred to had a two week wait). The technician was knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly (less than 30 minutes) but after discussing with others the cost I was told I overpaid for the repair. After the fact I also called around to other companies to estimate the cost of what was done and all would have fixed the unit for less than half of what I paid. It was a hard lesson learned. I will be going elsewhere for my HVAC needs. If getting the best price for your repairs is important to you, please go elsewhere.

Although the problem was in a part that had to be ordered, the technician installed a temporary fix until the parts come in and can be installed. We’re happy campers now.
Earls was a life saver. Unusual situation and they didn’t hesitate to help. Service was excellent and Anthony was incredible! Professionalism at its finest and went above and beyond what I had hoped for. THANK YOU and Theo (kitty) thanks you too!!
