Diagnostic was quoted at 149$. An additional 189$ was added to complete the diagnostic. Deceptive practices. Not satisfied. Four Seasons is doing a FREE in home diagnostic and estimate. That's professional.

UPDATE!
So, my air stopped working again after the service repair. I was informed that I needed a new condenser and told some extra things that just were adding up to be expensive.
I contacted another servicemen and my condenser worked fine. The new guy simply poured water into the condenser and it worked! Earl's wants you to think they charge more because their techs are better. NOT TRUE. So I finally got my air fixed and thankfully was able to return the new condenser that I unnecessarily purchased. My central air is working so great that I feel like I live in the arctic.

Below was when I gave 4 stars:
I couldn't find a company to service my central unit. One company rescheduled, another didn't show up and others were scheduling too far out.
Earl's was able to arrive before the projected time which was great and cheaper regarding service fees. My biggest disappointment was the $129 dollars I had to pay for a cheap thermostat (2nd pic) that will not run both my central air and heat. I'll have to connect wiring on the furnace in order to run my heat.
However, the 2 men were great and they did fix my problem. They showed me what to do and offered to return if needed. My previous thermostat was about $50 and has many more features (1st pic). I would have rated 5 but the thermostat dropped them to 4. Go to "photos" to see the thermostats.

Earls is absolutely wonderful. Always very helpful. All of their technicians are amazing. Drake was our technician today. He was very helpful and very polite.
