Amazing workmanship and a customer service Zach who is the plumber there is the best one I know I trust his judgment and his workmanship is on point I have used them multiple times and actually recommend them with the highest regard again I called summers cause of Zack and I am tickled pink with the service. Best I've seen. Zach from Summers put in a walk-in tub for me yesterday he took on the challenge and did it very well there are always professional but Zach seems to go that extra mile he is the real reason that I use Summers Heating and Air and of course the plumbing aspects you couldn't ask for a better guy who was more honest sincere and trustworthy

Mike showed up on time and got to work. He did all the inside maintenance then check on the outside unit. He said they don’t ususally clean the coils during the winter visits but mine were so dirty that he wanted to take care of it even though that is usually done when it’s warmer. He took care of it all even though I know he had to be freezing out there working with the water in the cold. I appreciate his professionalism.

Great diagnostic service call with Brantley. He was checking to see if my outside unit was damaged by the recent ice storm. There was no damage. He showed me how to change the filter while he was here. He explained the service plan in detail to me. I would recommend Brantley as an excellent service employee.

Maintenance was performed but someone was to contact us the following day about installing a dehumidification system. It was requested that the initial contact be able to discuss with us but he was not knowledgeable. No one had contacted us and it had been 3 business days. I feel our maintenance agreement fee should be reimbursed.

They were professional, efficient, yet giving us time for questions. We only use Summers!!

I can not recommend this company enough. Not only are they friendly, professional, and prompt; but the level of communication and knowledge is outstanding. They not only performed the work they were hired to do flawlessly, they also took the time to answer all of our questions and educate us so that we know what to look for, and what to look out for moving forward.

Zac and Jessie were professional, polite and explained all of the work they were going to do. Excellent service.

They have tried very hard to make me happy. Had some issues with my heat pump early on, but eventually everything was fixed. All the service people have been friendly & capable. The owner was wonderful when I was having issues & went above & beyond to make sure it was 100%
