Zac was great! Replaced outside faucet and had to cut wall for access panel. It looks good after he finished.

Outside line set was not neatly installed like they did my daughters home. Its functional, but awful appearance. Not sure if gas pressure was set properly. Service tech commented that this was only the second two stage gas furnace he installed. The exhaust and make-up air piping was reversed. Tech said this wasn't a problem. My concern is that the exhaust line has fewer restrictions and ends with a tee connection so all flue gasses go outside. Make-up air piping has more bends (restrictions) and ends outside with a down facing elbow, not allowing all flue gases to escape. The condensate drain line in my opinion was not installed properly. The safety switch which should be installed in the upper drain hole on the coil. That hole was plugged. The other drain hole had the drain line connected to it, which it should, but the safety switch was put in line with this drain. If the drain becomes clogged at the coil this switch is useless and water will overflow down into the furnace. Also, there was no trap or cleanout installed in this line. Tech said not needed due to positive pressure. Based on my 30 years of knowledge I disagree. The sheet metal work was some of the best I've ever seen. For now everything is working, but I do have my safety concerns. I feel they took the easy route and justified in their mind doing that. UPDATE. Crew came back out and we discussed my issues. I agree with them on some, and the rest they repaired to my satisfaction. They were very professional with positive attitude. They have a one year customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy, they will come back at no charge. Would I recommend them? YES! Would I use them again? ABSOLUTELY!

Eric, the service technician, was on time, professional and did a great job on cleaning our furnace unit!

He also answered any questions I had. We had an early bird discount too that helped save us $$$$.

Eric also wore his plastic cover booties which was much appreciated!

I will be calling them before summer to clean and check my central air-conditioning unit as well! 😁

Today I had tech Brantley C come out to clean my furnace and I was not impressed upon arrival he states he had a ladder but doesn't wish to use it because it is too tall and is on his truck so I offered him mine and he than didn't even want to carry it up the stairs but finally agreed as a woman I'm wondering where have all the hard working men gone he then proceeds to inform me that my filters were put in backwards and I asked him if he was able to put the new filters in and he replied well since I'm going to be here for thirty five more minutes I was just applaud at the conversation and unprofessionalism that he presented and my membership just started I hope it gets better

We needed our older toilet repaired. It had been running. The plumber replaced some parts and was able to come out same day.

Got Brantley the service tech and this young man was phenomenal! Humble and polite as could be, he diagnosed my furnace issue in less than 5 minutes and talked me through everything while showing me the problem so I understood what I would need to replace and alleviating any concern that it wasnt the best decision. He originally told me it would probably be a day or two before the part would arrive. Then he came back 5 min later and said he would get it done within the hour, and he did. Heat works fine now. I should say that before this I had called a larger more well known service in the area who was extremely late to my appointment and misdiagnosed the issue as a thermistat problem. Ill stick with Summers from now on!
