I recently had my furnace and AC unit replaced by Summers. They did a great job! The install was successful, the crew was polite, and the crew members cleaned up after themselves! I will be using them in the future for any plumbing/HVAC needs.

We were advised when Brent Coffey was on his way. Brent was very friendly and did a great job. We are consistently pleased with Summers’ service personnel.

If it's possible to 'love' a plumbing compay, I love Summers! We have them since we moved back to the area 4 1/2 years ago. We use them for our home and for our daughter's home in New Albany too. They of course were recommended to us when we were looking for someone. I see why now... good work, priced fairly, friendly people. What more do you want?

Asked for Summers to provide me a tankless water heater. They came out gave me advice and an estimate. Came out soon after and coordinated well with gas company for new tank install. New water heater is great. No mess left behind. And even better total price was under what was quoted. Highly recommend these guys and appreciate what they did for me.

Very professional. I have used them for years doing preventive checks twice a year a have never had a breakdown in a unit over 12 years old. I highly recommend them.

Summers was able to accommodate our time and get the work done so that our gas inspection could move forward before the weekend.

I called first thing in the morning because I was smelling a burning smell. Eric came out first and found my water heater wires burning. He was personable, quick, and professional the entire time. He contacted a gentleman named Mike who could look at the water heater. He was at my home in less than 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. Mike was extremely personable and professional as well. He explained the issue throughly and fixed the exact issue that was needing to be fixed. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided.

Eric is fantastic - gives objective, impartial advice, focused on my concerns and feedback as well as the prominent thinking in the area. He also suggests pluses and minuses of different approaches and follows up on suggested tweaks to our system. Highly recommend!

Had complete new system installed in July 22. Had some tweaking to but so far 5 star. Customer service is top notch. Still working on Amana Quality. Will update as needed.
5/12/23 Was out yesterday... AC unit not working. Was a door switch. Taped it so circuit would close. Not sure that was the correct thing to do but worked. Came out today for scheduled maintenance and that went well. My only concern is the Amana unit it self. Has had several minor issues in less than a year but they have resolved them. The insulation on the inside of the unit came loose and caused an issue. Will see what the next couple of months bring.
