I left a message, was called back within 30 mins and Alex showed up within the hr. and was very professional and courteous while replacing the thermostat that was only 6 months old. A+ service!

I highly recommend Oeffinger and Crone; especially Lonnie, he’s personable and knows what he’s doing! Lonnie educated us about our HVAC system and also recommended a new thermostat that another company put in an error.

Alex did a temp fix so we had some heat on Friday when the temps were so cold. On Tuesday this week, Ryan finished up. Both techs were professional and explained what they did.
