Estimator arrived on time, was friendly and professional. Received a competitive quote by the end of the day and a very quick date for install. Technicians arrived at the promised time, introduced themselves, were friendly, neat, and quick.

I would recommend this company. The techs are very nice and on time. They installed a new hvac unit for me a couple of years ago and they realized this year that they made a mistake. They owned it, apologized for it, and fixed it. I’m very appreciative of how they handled the whole situation.

We had several problems with our a/c recently. Chris and Billy came out for different calls and were quick knowing what the problems were and fixed it correctly. Both were professional and great to work with.

I live on the Ohio River and had almost 4 ft of water in my lower level of my home. Not only did they get here in a timely fashion but took out the the old furnace and installed a new one and a new AC unit. They made me a believer

Horrible. My mom's been using them for years! , She is ederly. Her furnish wasnt working. She called them it was a Sunday new years eve. But all that was wrong was her furnace wasnt turned on. Charged her. $150.!!! That is redicuous!!! $75 to $ 100 was plenty. Especially for someone who has been using you for years!

They came out and looked at our system. The outdoor condenser fan had quit running. He wanted us to purchase a new system and mentioned it numerous times. We told him that we simply couldn't afford it at the time and go ahead and replace the motor and capacitor that had failed. He did and informed us that it would go out again very soon. True to his word, it failed several months later, but had gotten us into the fall when we switched to heating. This spring we decided we would replace the fan ourselves and see how far we could put off a new system. That is when we discovered that the guy had installed an incorrectly sized run capacitor. It was a 5+30 capacitance and our system required a 5+50. This same capacitor runs the compressor. It had quit this time because one of the wires had literally burned off. When I pay to have something serviced. I expect parts equivalent to the manufacturers specifications. I suspect intentional sabotage to elicit the purchase of a new system.

This company always comes through and with reasonable prices. Had an emergency call last night and Billy not only squared away the burnt wires but showed me the issue I was having with the ducts.
