My furnace quit working on a cold weekend. I called New Albany Heating and the service guy was here pretty fast. Turned out better than I expected. I was very happy. This will be the first place I call next time. Thank you much.

I had water going up my wall board in the bathroom. I thought it was the condensation from the air conditioner. So I called New Albany heating and Air conditioning and they were here when they said they would be.
Well it wasn't the air conditioner at all. He showed me behind my washer that it was one of the valves leaking and it had been for sometime. He is such a nice guy. He cleaned out the condensation pump for me, I got the valve fixed and everything is fine. I just have to wait for the wall board to dry now. Anytime I need HVAC service I will always call New Albany heating and Air conditioning. They're Great!

Got a estimate on new ac furnace. Other estimates i got and the other companies would take pictures and measurements. Recieved a quote before they left. All new albany heating ac was take my email address and promised me a quote in 4 days. 8 days later after i contacted them several times before they sent me a quote. They were 10000 dollars more less warantees and less work on the units. The brand of ac unit was of a cheaper quality. Get other quotes before making any commitments.

New Albany Heating & AIr was awesome! They are very knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand how to most efficiently use and maintain our HVAC system. I had a bit of an emergency with my furnace so naturally I called the local professionals. As soon as they opened, 8am, I got an estimated time of arrival between 9a and 12p. The tech arrived 9am sharp and had the part for replacement in his van and was also able to repair a couple of other minor issues that I wasn't aware. Being that I also have a service agreement, I was discounted the price for the parts (only after I had forgotten all about the SA and NAH&AC refunded the difference.) Just outstanding.

Chris is the best service technician I have ever met. I've been in construction for most of my life. Built stores in Malls and homes from the ground up. Built convenience stores for nine years. And new Albany heating and air conditioning fixed what other companies installed and could not repair. These guys are the real deal.

New Albany Heating and Air is the best! They have installed and serviced our current heat pump and resolved any issues promptly. We have a new construction home and they installed everything for the heat pump and saved us $3,000 from another local vendor bid. When we needed the new home heat pump to run over the weekend (the day of installation) in order to warm the floors for a wood floor installation, they worked well into the evening to get it going for us on a Friday night! They have helped me this week get all the paperwork needed to get a $700 REMC rebate. I can't say enough good things about them. You won't go wrong in using them for all your heat and air needs.

They did an awesome job. They gave me an estimate on a central air unit that others wouldn't even quote. The price was what I expected, no gouging. They were in and out quick and were a pleasure to deal with. I would use them again for any issues.

I woke up this morning with no heat. Mike the tech that worked on my furnace was professional and completed the work in 30 minutes. He explained what he did to solve the problem. I am always pleased with New Albany H&C from the person who answers the phone to the tech that solves all the issues.
