Elite has always been responsive and kept our systems in great shape. Todd was very diligent, answered all our questions and told us how to keep the system running its best.

Seth was my tech. He was very polite and professional. Along with my 6 month filter change and “check-up”, he also installed a new filtration system. Now, I’m not sure why this happened, but there’s always been somewhat of an annoying buzzing sound that my system had made when running. Elite has been out a couple times to make adjustments to quiet this noise. It never does it when they’ve come to help with this. Anyway, since Seth installed this filtration system, it’s not making the sound anymore. What? Don’t know what he did, but the buzz is gone. Thanks, Seth. Now I don’t have to turn the TV up to mask the buzzing sound. Thank you so much. Not only does my home smell fresher, I don’t have the buzzing sound anymore!! Worth every penny. Wish I’d added it before!

They do a good job but after shopping around I realize they're much higher priced than most. And their customer service/sales needs work. They had an opportunity to sell me a new A/C unit and I was supposed to get a call to go over the options and pricing. After a few days I had to call and ask about the quote and within 20 minutes I received a completely informal email with prices on a couple of units. No call no wording in the email, just prices on units. Won't be using them anymore once this overpriced service agreement expires. I guess they're just too busy to reach out to their customers.

Elite is very easy to work with. They are organized and do a great job following up. Their technicians are top notch and honest. Todd is knowledgeable, explains what to expect, and is straightforward.

It was a simple mistake I had failed to realize. Travis recognized that I wasn’t given much help with understanding my mini split when I purchased it so he helped me figure it out and understand it a lot better

Have a very high end heat pump installed, they been out here 5 times in 2 years with issues. I call for a 24hr service call, no heat and since I didn't sign back up with there maintenance program they wouldn't send anyone out when I needed them the most. Aaron is a crook and will tell you anything you need to hear and not come through with his promises. Don't know what to tell you except stay clear of this HVAC company.
