From the timely estimate to install the next day everything was grate. Very friendly, explained everything and got the install done the in a few hours. We had a furnace and ac unit installed.

While the techs, Stacy and Julian have worked hard to try and fix our issues we are still not a satisfied customer after spending $12,000 on a new HVAC system and experiencing issues after less than 6 months. Would not recommend anyone to get a system from Amana/Carrier. We are still awaiting a trade-in credit 6 months later when originally told it would take 6 weeks, seems like nothing but excuses about the credit and the actual issue with our HVAC system. Now
lets see if a bad rating gets us less service calls or if they actually get this thing fixed.

So here's the update...we are now 3 years into dealing with this wonderful AMANA system sold to us by Aaron (Manager) at Elite Heating and Air. I can't tell you how many times the techs have come out for issues. But we are now without heat for 4 days and no one knows what the issue is. I can't get the manager Aaron to return a call. We still have not received the $900 trade-in credit and only have lies from Aaron about it, says he has submitted paperwork several times but refuses to provide us copies. My guess is that he really hasn't done a thing about it and now is too deep into his lie to rectify the matter. Now we are told that we have to wait for an AMANA rep to figure out the problem. I think the thing is a LEMON and should be replaced, either by AMANA or by ELITE and NOT at my cost. Oh and I might add that we were told that unless we purchased a "maintenance plan" we couldn't be added to the service schedule...WHAAT? I guess it's time I contact the owner's of Elite and discuss my options with them.

After having an intermittent problem with our old A/C unit and actually going into the office in person, they recommended sending someone out for a service call. Todd came a few hours later and he was fantastic! He went over everything with us, showed us via camera what our current unit looked like, etc. At no time did he try to pressure us into buying a new unit, however we decided to replace both the heating & A/C units. Better safe than sorry! Matt & Derrick (hope I spelled it right!) did our install today and we couldn't be happier. Arrived promptly, left no mess whatsoever, were both great guys and we are super happy with the service. Thanks again Elite!

I have been using Elite Heating and Air for many years. Aaron came out to advise on the install of a new system several years ago, and I have been on their maintenance plan since. Travis was my technician today, and he did a really wonderful job. What I appreciated most was the way he explained what he was doing, showed me pictures of the inside of my unit, explained problems I should watch out for, and suggested services or products that could help the performance of my unit. They are never pushy from the sales perspective which I appreciate, they just approach it as giving you options and information. I always recommend this company without reservation when someone tells me they are having HVAC issues.

Purchased unit approximately two years ago. During this winter received 380.00 electric bill. Call Elite techs finding circuit breaker kicked. Stating I need this part to keep this from happening. Lived here in 30 plus years with out this ever having this problem. Over the course of the next two plus months same thing. Another tech nothing wrong. Totally five techs three plus months and electric bills300 to 400.00 heating with heat strips. Finally fixed. Questioned about some kind of rebate for electric bills. Answer no do not do that. Even though they took three and half months to repair. In the mean time I was heating with the heat strips. You would think that sending techs to that had no idea what they were doing that they would take some kind of responsibility. Great Company stay away.
