This is my 3rd experience with this company they are truly professional’s but yet treat you like family.

Have always received great service from Elite. All of their techs do great work.

I am done dealing with this company. Prior techs were just trying to sell add ons to the systems. The tech that was just at my house said they were all fired for that. He harshly bad mouthed those techs and used foul language - f-word this, f-word that, gd-this, gd- that. That's not good customer service and doesn't put Elite in and good light in my eyes.

Be careful with this company, will sell you on stuff you don't need while not fixing the problem that caused it. Charges $180-250 per pound for r410a when it only costs $370 for a 25 pound canister.

I love Elite! Always prompt and professional! Darren G was very nice and took care of our needs. This guy really knows his stuff!! He was very patient when explaining things to my 81 year old mother. Will never use anyone else. Highly recommend!!

Called on the 5th guy quoted us the 6th and should have AC on the 7th.

Service representative very nice. But I am appalled at the cheap device I was talked into purchasing. I expected an air purifier to almost be rolled into my house on a dolly, but to see 4 small flatish pieces of aluminum easily tucked in under one's arm .... For $450 .... Shocked and appalled me! 4 different well known brands at Lowe's were under $300, and they looked like appliances, not a short fat downspout.

I had high hopes. In January 2021our 8 year old system had heat strip issues. The sales manager Aaron said we needed new unit . We put in a new unit. The day of install they hooked up something backwards and the entire outside unit froze up. They explained it wasn't an issue and not to worry. They came and fixed the issue and gave us 2 years parts and labor. In March of 2022 we had issue with a leak and Elites office manager is the rudest I have ever dealt with. She told me if they do leak detection it would be at least 2k. The parts and labor wouldn't apply for that. Well come to find out the issue is that Elite did not flush out lines and there was contaminant in lines that could not have been from this new system and buildup from previous system. Elite will do whatever to sell you so beware. I chose them originally because where I work they have a large commercial account. They don't care about residential accounts so choose a more caring company that stands by their work.
