Very unprofessional only trying to get whatever money they can. Received a call this morning saying they needed to schedule my maintenance on my units when I told them no the response from a female who claimed to be the manager. Fine, I will void your warranty. I’m almost 10 years they have NEVER provided maintenance on my units. This company is a SCAM stay far away.

Very responsive and professional. Assessed my needs within 2 hours from initial call and installed new HVAC system the next morning. They cleaned up everything, leaving the area as good or better than it was to start. Although we have only had the new system a couple of days, I do not anticipate any issues and will not hesitate to call them back if needed. Thank you

Our a/c started leaking water onto our furnace. Tech Travis came out and fixed that and took a look at the a/c system install and bad talked the people that did it and I told him how they left a big hole in my foundation where the a/c lines come in and how moisture now builds up on our duct work and I told him how the tech cut holes in the return vent and another in the air vent and he explained how much was wrong with what they did with that. Well then he takes a look at my furnace and said that it should be red tagged and shut down. So we go through the process of buying a new furnace. It’s working good so far. But the funny part was after Travis had left I looked at my thermostat and Elites number was on there. So he bad mouthed his own company and told me how much the installers did wrong on the a/c in 2018. Fast forward and I was told by the installer that Travis would be back out on September 19th. Never got a phone call or anything. So that’s why I can only give 3 stars. The bad mouthing yourselves and not showing back up when I was told you’d be back out.

*Update 10/28/22* called and they sent Travis back out to install what was needed same day. Also a shout out to him because he does seem very knowledgeable at his job. Also the main number answering the phone has always been a great experience and the manager did great in helping out with financing approval. Thank you all!

Elite replaced my HVAC system two years ago. Should have gotten $800 rebate from Carrier because my previous unit was covered by a recall due to the secondary heat exchanger failing prematurely. After multiple calls, found out the rebate was never filed after contacting Carrier directly. Contacted Elite and got various excuses, but they swore they would make it right. Promised to extend my free maintenance services, but never got it in writing like I requested. I still have not received my rebate after multiple calls with various people in their organization. After realizing the whole house humidifier wasn’t working, I went through the installation instructions and found out it wasn’t installed correctly. They didn’t discover this when they did the yearly inspection. The inspectors have a fairly hard sell on a surge suppressor for the compressor. Claim your warranty is void if your unit fails for an electrical surge. The price they quote for this suppressor is double the quote I got from another HVAC contractor. The unit is great, Elite not so great. I’ve given up on the rebate, not worth the stress and wasted time on the phone. Sorry for any typos.

Upon installing a new digital thermostat, Travis noticed some rust in the furnace. When he came back the next day to thoroughly evaluate, he recommended replacing the 28 year old system…he showed video of the problem and explained the options.
