Travis was the person who fixed our AC. Not only did he end our suffering in the hottest days of the month but he did it quickly and professionally. He was super friendly and explained everything to me. Great experience.

Kenny and the team and Elite Hesting and air always provide great service. It's a tough business and you know some repairs are going to be expensive, their quotes amd service have been unmatched thus far.

Kenny arrived as scheduled and on time. His inspection of my A/C system was thorough. Additionally, he cleaned the leaf debris and dirt that accumulated in the A/C compressor over the winter. I appreciated his efforts in cleaning and inspecting my system.

He was very nice and efficient in taking care of the heater didn't rush to get done and gone. He made sure it worked after the inspection and even made a comment about checking into getting a surge protector. Overall I was very pleased

Had generator service scheduled for the 8-12 window. Todd called to let me know he was running a bit late due to some challenges at his prior appointment, which was much appreciated. He arrived shortly thereafter, and did a great job servicing and taking care of our generator. He also did a great job in our tough “social-distancing” environment. Always pleased with my results with Elite. Highly recommended.

This company installed a furnace, a-coil and condensing unit in December 2020. The A/C stopped working in June 2021. They sent technicians out twice in June. The first technician said the whole unit was installed wrong and left. The 2nd technician said there was a leak in the system and added refrigerant. Every time they come out it's a different excuse. Now the A-Coil is bad and they want $2400.00 to replace it. After having a third party come out and run tests he has determined that there is a leak, but it's in the condensing unit. Replacing the A-coil was not going to fix the problem. Spend your money elsewhere.
