The Centre, P.C.

Prompt appointment. Prices on support medications are too high, unsure why, except to maximize profits at patient expense. Draconian rules about being 10 min late to appointments etc. Perhaps they forgot they are in the customer service business, albeit medical, and we pay them for this service very highly, and don't appreciate being treated like gestapo.

My experience with the Centre P.C. was nothing short of excellent. Their customer service is refreshing and top notch. The entire Centre P.C. staff from start to end made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend the Centre P.C.

This use to be the only place I'd buy my skincare products. However, after the Spring Fling of 2018, no gift bags if you arrived after 5, and spending a specific quota ($500+) the complimentary gift was a .50 plastic cosmetic bag, they have become a disappointment. Unfortunately, after mentioning this I encouraged a conversation with their PR Department, no response on the topic. They appear to be catering to the upper class and schedule their special events and hours of service around the non-working class.

The Centre provided me with the information to make the right decision for me. Dr. Downs and his staff are fabulous. All information is provided upfront. Surgical staff fantastic. Post-op follow up great. I highly recommend.

It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment, because there is not adequate staff to answer incoming phone calls. Also, the hours are not convenient at all for anyone who works a first shift job. I received a gift card as a Christmas gift (5 months have now passed by, since I received it.) to use at The Centre, P.C. and I have no idea, when I will be able to utilize my gift card, because of my first shift work schedule.

I’ve been coming in for the past couple years for my Botox between the eyes and have always had a great experience!!

I am a 40 year old woman that was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma on my cheek. I had gone to a dermatologist that recommended Moh’s surgery, but after much prayer, research, and a recommendation from a friend decided to go see a plastic surgeon named Dr. Viscardi for possible skin excision. He immediately calmed my nerves during the consultation letting me know how important this was because it was my face and he even promised to remove the cancer with 95% effectiveness with only 5% possibility of reoccurrence. It has been 8 weeks since my surgery and when I look in the mirror now it isn’t the first thing I see anymore because Dr. Viscardi did such a wonderful job. Hopefully, I will never have this again, but if I do, then Dr. Viscardi will be my first call. Thank you Dr. Viscardi!

Dr. Downs and his staff are amazing. They really care about their patients. I received excellent care during and after my surgery.

Dr. Viscardi and all the staff that I interacted with were absolutely fantastic! Very patient and thoroughly explained every procedure and took time to answer any questions that I had. Highly recommend!

I am amazed at my results from Dr. Downs!! He does great work!!! I had reconstruction after a double mastectomy and I look better than I did before surgery! Pretty amazing!
