Thoroughly disappointed!

I did reach out to your office and got the non-chalant....well you signed the papers! It's really quite a racket!! Patient care or satisfaction does not seem to even be a thought in your mind.

Dr. Downs gave me every thing I needed and wanted in my breast augmentation! Everyone at the Center, P.C. are the best!

Center PC has given me the very best experience possible. I had contemplated breast augmentation for years. Dr Macias gave me exactly what I asked for and more!! Ever single staff member was very sweet and kind at every visit. Also very informative. I never left with any worry or unanswered questions. Surgery and recovery were very easy going and the Anesthesiologist was GREAT( I was extremely nervous since I had never had surgery before)!! All together 10 out of 10 and will continue to recommend to all my friends!

The Center PC is always a professional place with pleasant people working there. I love the experience of Dr. Downs!

The Centre PC has a wonderful and caring staff. From the time of my initial consult to 4 months post op they have always been helpful and polite. Doctor Down does amazing work and has great bedside manners. Would definitely recommend him to my friends and family for whatever work they may want in the future.

I had eyelid surgery done with DR. MACIAS in august . I want say she did an amazing job on them. Had both sides done top and bottom, what a great transformation. She is absolutely the best. I would recommend her to everyone.

I would give a -5 if I could for the spa. Went in for Consult with the aesthetician (not my first time with one and just moved to town so looking for a new one) and she did not examine my skin or have any idea what I needed. She simply handed me a bunch of price sheets after leaving me sitting in the exam room for 20 min. When I asked her specifically about one treatment over another her reply was it just depends on what I want rather than discussing the pro and cons. They charge for the consult which is just a pricing visit for whatever you want done. If you want really advise, stay away from this place.

I have had very positive results from Kellee and Allyson and the staff in the Lobby have so much knowledge -so helpful. Laura has been amazing at the desk. I cannot say enough about the efficiency.

I am so very happy with my results. I had breast reduction & breast lift surgery in July. Everything looks better than I could have ever expected. Dr Downs did an amazing job. I'm still healing, but wow, if I'm happy now, I can't imagine how I will look once I am completely healed.
Dr. Downs is easy to talk to, he understands what you want and is realistic about results.
I would recommend him to anyone looking to spruce up a few things. The office staff is also amazing, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very disappointing, I had an appointment today and I thought my appointment time was 8:30. When I arrived I was told it was 8:00 and not 8:30. She said maybe they could work me in but the lady next to her shook her head no. So I had to reschedule. Mistakes happen and irregardless of who made the mistake I felt disregard but I rescheduled anyhow because I did pay a 50 dollar deposit. She gave me a new appointment card for October and my name was not even close to being spelled correctly. Bottom line is this
appointment was important to me and I left feeling upset. I feel like it was their mistake and not mine and they did not even attempt to make it right.
