Chris was very knowlegable about the products and all of the various configurations that were available. The quote that was offered was staight forward and the price was better than the competitors. The installation performed by Chris and Pedro was great! They showed up on time and went over all of the the components when the job was compelete. Bethany took care of all of the rebates that were offered by the manufacturer and the local utility. I will and have recommended them to anyone that needs HVAC work done!

We used Masters Heating & Cooling to install a new HVAC system in a condo unit. Odd sizing and a few other difficulties arose. Branch Manager Chris Bramlett was excellent to work with. He and Masters were prompt, courteous, hard-working, and helpful. Chris Bramlett went above and beyond our expectations to make sure everything was just right. A reasonable price for it all, too. Chris and his team did a excellent job installing my new heating and a/c system. they explained the hole process and the operation of the new equipment.
