A + Plumbing Heating & Cooling

This has been the worst experience I've had with a plumber.not only did the service technician arrive an hour and a half past the scheduled time the company had to cut their line 20 ft into my system which resulted in me having to pay ElkhartCity an additional $400 to come out and remove their line and yet the company still charge me 500 plus dollars. I contacted the company twice now since their service and have not received any phone calls back

I love this company. They were on time for my estimate. Cindy and Rod were the best. Rod worked with me to get the best equipment at the best price. Shawn and Louie did a great job with our service! They were on time, efficient and very professional!

Douglas did a great job coming early to our house to fix a furnace. He stayed until he knew it was fixed. He also helped us get on the maintenance program again, but we're unsure as to how we ever got off the plan. Feeling like we got lost in the paper work but Douglas got us all back to normal and we are very thankful for a warm house again.

They were able to come out the next day to diagnose the problem, and again the following morning to fix it. Fast, friendly, communicative and skilled. Great experience.

The guys (Ed and Doug) showed up exactly on time, driving a clean vehicle with great A+ graphics on it. They introduced themselves, provided me a business card, put on their shoe covers, and after listening to my issues got straight to the job. It wasn't a major issue, but something that i would not have been able to diagnose or fix on my own. They explained everything to me, let me watch as they made the adjustments and then tested to make sure all was well. Paid on the spot with my credit card on their iPad and they were gone in under an hour. WOW! Could not have expected a better experience. Thanks A+.

We love A Plus! We won't use anyone else again. We had a mild furnace issue a couple months ago and Josh was there in a flash. He addressed the issue, AND changed our filters.
They were way under what the others cost, and we friendly and informative.
So yesterday we decided to call them about a leaky outdoor water spiket. If we used our hose in the summer, our guest room closet would flood. Joe came out this time, he quickly found and fixed the issue, plus put in a shut off lever so we can shut it off in the winter. THEN he noticed a crack in another pipe that could have been a disaster down the road. We had a spiket fixed last year on the opposite side of the house and it cost $150 more with the other guys. Doug Irving and Rafael Ruiz did a superb job cleaning my dirty AC unit. They were very thorough and professional. I will continue to rely upon A+ for my cooling and heating needs, and I highly recommend them.

A BIG shoutout to Tim Tyler and his crew at A+ !!! The work they did for us was phenomenal! We had to get a new furnace/ac and they were able to move our old furnace completely out of the middle of the house!!! We can't thank you enough! They were always on time, courteous, kind even the guy in the crawl space, had a smile on his face! Thanks Adam! Lol. We would recommend A+ for all of your plumbing, heating & cooling needs!!!

Tavris and Shawn came out to unclog our kitchen sink. They were very knowledgeable, pleasant to do business with, and professional. Would absolutely recommend them.
