I was passed by one of this company's vans on capital ave(1.27.22 approx 1:30pm ) I think he came from the Bremen area. He drove like a race car driver. Maybe he couldn't read. The signs with numbers are the speed limit and the law. Driving around with your name and numbers on the vehicles is an impression of your company. License plate # 981RKO Just a FYI

We called this company out for my mother and even though the response time was fair, they really overcharged her for the job over 600 dollars to fix two leaks. The job was unable to be completed the first day the guy came out. He was very polite and did get the job done. But we really feel as though she was gouged for what the job was. My wife's grandmother used them once before and she was overcharged as well. Wouldn't recommend unless money isnt an expense to you.

Logan spent less the 30 minutes here to replace a toilet fill valve. I was charged $297.00 to replace a $20.00 part. The service call was $89.00. I was charged $188.00 for at most a 1/2 hour job!

Cindy talked me through how to shut off my first floor restroom. She was extremely helpful. A true blessing. We were on the phone for hours. She stayed with me. She explained how to shut off the water. Told me I did have a well tank after I sent pictures. Thank you! She is a gem.

The tech that came out to my home was extremely knowledgeable about septic systems. He showed me the problem areas. He gave great instructions /recommendations on how to remedy the issues. Joe? Forgot one of his tools. He also looked at two other plumbing issues and resolved both. Thank you! He too is a gem.

I am very grateful for both of these people.

I have a service agreement with a different company. They aren’t servicing the account. They were unresponsive to my call and text last night. I just wanted them to walk me through how to turn off the water until they could come out the next day. They didn’t respond until after 9 am. Not happy with them. They also gave me the names and phone numbers for two other plumbing companies. Neither of which were your company. Your staff offered their name. They didn’t reciprocate.

Think about adding pump services. You may greatly enhance your business. I like one stop service. One company that can-do it all. Quality service. Reasonable price. Especially if they track service needs and schedule routine septic/pump service.

This is my 2nd time dealing with this company, they are honest and arrive in the window that was giving when i scheduled the appt. This last time joe laskowski came out and looked at some stuff i had going, and helped me out, went straight for the problem. He even conversed with my son, and it was dope we shared the same passion in cars so all 3 of us were talking bout cars and life while he fixed my problems. I would definetly recomend this company to anyone in need of a plumbing service. They are fast, honest, and professional.

Tavris and Dave came out and helped unclog our toilet after an unfortunate flushing of a face wash bottle. They came out immediately and finished within a few hours. Very professional. The ladies who answered the call when I first reached out we’re very personable as well and helped answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend! :)

Ron and Shawn came to replace my garbage disposal today. They worked hard with my warranty company to get me the best coverage with the least amount of out of pocket expense. They were polite, clean and honest.

We were having AC Issues right before the 4th of July weekend. Rod came out the same day I called and was able to make sure our AC was running and keeping us cool. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
