First time I have called A+ and they were great. Due to a leak we had no water in the house and they came right out on a Saturday morning. Very clean and professional. Miguel and Tavris were great. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Through an unfortunate error of my own part (details not necessary here), I punctured the cold line to my master bathroom shower and caused leaking, and some damage to the wall / ceiling. Clearly this needed to be addressed fast.
I reached out to several companies who either didn't answer, or didn't give me the time of day, and was beginning to get nervous. I found A+ via google, and gave them a call. I explained the situation, took some pictures and sent them to the team. While on the call, the representative I spoke to was able to confirm that this was something they could take care of, and would be able to today. Mind you, this was a Friday afternoon (as it always happens to be in plumbing emergencies...why can't they happen on a Tuesday at 10am?) and I had an appointment confirmed for the same day. It was expressed that the technician, Joe (more on his performance below), would be there ASAP, but was finishing a job and would likely not be there before 5pm.
Joe got there as quickly as possible and was able to diagnose, and provide assistance in the problem very quickly. The water was already off, and he was able to remove a portion of the pipe that was damaged, and press fit a new piece with couplings in a really short time frame. Best part? I was quoted with the job starting after 5pm, but instead, Joe was leaving my driveway BEFORE 5pm.
Joe clearly has experience, and knew what he was doing, and I believe that to be the case for the entire organization. They diagnosed my problem over the phone, and with pictures sent to them from my phone, and addressed it right away.
I felt the pricing was fair for an "emergency" call, and they responded well. Truly, as odd as it sounds, I hope to never require to deal with them again (because plumbing emergencies are never fun), but if I do have a problem, they will absolutely be my first call.
Outstanding service all around, from the front office staff, to the onsite technician.

I cannot recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Our technician seemed unexperienced and had to return to fix the sink he installed three times. When asked to speak to the owner, Dave, we were ignored for three months. An additional bill came three months later. If you're looking for surprise billing and subpar work, this is your company. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The service man showed up on time and courteous. He replaced the garbage disposal. But after installation, the dishwasher stop draining. It’s a small plug inside the garbage disposal that need to be removed prior to be connected back to the dishwasher. It leads to the whole house smells like chemical after running the dishwasher (chemical inside the garbage disposal + hot water). Called their after hour line, and the service man T. came back and fixed it without any issues. Appreciated his professionalism.

A big shout out to Cindy in the office at A Plus Plumbing Heating & Cooling! My thermostat stopped working over Labor Day weekend. Needless to say she went above and beyond my expectations when this happened. She was proactive in being the middle person between myself and the technician. She was on top of the situation and took a genuine interest in the problem and assured me the issue would be taken care of promptly. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't make me feel like I was bothering her during what would normally be non office hours. I commend Cindy for doing her job so well. Thank you for all your help in helping us all work together through these issues!
Also, I would like to give Ben a big thank you for working through the thermostat issues. He came out when a bit more specific knowledge was needed and knew exactly what to do. Very nice, listened to the problem at hand, and made some good suggestions. I appreciate the fact that he has many many years of experience with heating/cooling and was able to finally solve the issue. Thank you Ben.

This was a complicated install because there wasn't enough room for the pipe but nothing phased him -- he came up with a creative solution that met my needs and the end product was amazing! Lee and Shawn arrived early for my HWA (warranty) dispatch. They were there to replace my bathroom faucet. I asked them to take a look at my old water heater as it looked like it had begun to leak. They were able to work with HWA to get approval for immediate replacement of my water heater.
They were professional, efficient, and had both the faucet and a water heater installed in under 2 hours.
This is my second time using A + (replaced my A/C this summer). I would highly recommend them as a trustworthy company.

We had Luis out for an emergency pipe leak that flooded the entire first floor of our home. He was timely, polite and went the extra mile to make sure we had all the correct documentation for the insurance. He explained what happened and what it would take to fix it. I don't want another disaster like this in my home, but I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

One of the most difficult things about moving is establishing trusted relationships with service companies. This was the second time A+ has performed services for us and we are very grateful for their professionalism and attentiveness.
