The technician was very pleasant. He answered my questions and explained what he did. Even some minor things I did not expect. He took care of some simple things and for that I am grateful. Really good service in my opinion.

These guys deserve the 5 star rating and then some. Promptly responded to a request for a quote, and came in with the best estimate by far, even while evaluating all options to fix the issue, even if it didn't mean getting our business; needless to say we went with A +. They re did the entire water main in our home in a day, and were easy to work with and genuine, particularly Dave, who helped find a concrete person to work with following the plumbing work. It was refreshing to deal with such a quality company/people in a day and age of deteriorating customer service. Awesome work and awesome job!

Javier and his team are awesome. Furnace installed way ahead of schedule. My husband works nights and sleeps during the day. These guys worked so quiet 🤫 he never woke up. Fast response after my initial call for no heat.

A+ replaced all the old drain pipes and water lines in this seventy year-old house. They did a professional, neat job and did it in a timely fashion. The clean-up was impressive. Fair price. Communication to and from the office staff was excellent.

They were supposed to show up between 9 and 10AM. Around 9:30 they called and asked if they could come in the afternoon. I said no. Then she asked if it was OK if they came between 11 and 12. We hung up and I called back and canceled. When they first showed up 3 guys spent 2 hours and ended up messing up my Air conditioner. Would not recommend. As a contractor myself rule number one, SHOW UP ON TIME!

We had them out to install a new water heater at Michiana Dental Care. They were courteous, prompt and did a great job. Will definitely be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Edit: We had a toilet overflow on a Monday night. The guys came out and found what was plugging it up. Ended up leaking into our venting and furnace. They got a restoration company right out to clean up. They also installed our new venting and a new furnace. They had us back up and running in a week!! Definitely a great team. Highly recommended!!

Javier was amazing. He fixed my hot water heater after a previous company botched the job. After 10 days of lukewarm water, I am truly grateful and will be calling you again!! Just wished I knew you sooner.

They were sent out by a home warranty company. I paid the 100.00 deductible and the techs went around my home and did nothing except break the faucet in the one bathroom to where if you turned the water on water would flood the cabinet. They put in the claim to get a me water softener not even to fix the problem and it was denied. The owner Dave told me sorry but your claim was denied, and never offered or quoted me a price for a repair but was very adamant that his tech did not break the faucet. I would have been glad to pay their rate to have my home up and operating but they never offered their services. I had another plumber come in and it was fixed in 3 hours. For less than 500 dollars I had a new faucet A plus had broken, and running water through out my home. Avoid this uncaring business. Run away.

I am very pleased with this company. They were able to come out right away even in a snowstorm. My tech. Shawn was professional and nice. He was able to assess the problem and make me feel content that he could fix it. Which he did.
