They were the only company willing to come out on the same day when our basement was actively flooding and we had no way of using any water in the house. Super grateful for them! Will definitely recommend!

A+ is top notch. If you get so lucky as to have Enrique as your technician count your blessings. This man knows his stuff, is courteous, hard working, responsible and goes the extra mile. He’s a gem of a human being in this world. My world came collapsing on me when sewage came pouring out into my finished basement. One of the worst days of my life, Enrique took care of me. Turned into a huge job that involved replacing my entire external sewage drains. This man dug huge trenches in the heat, tore up asphalt. And not a single complaint. He informed me step by step as we went. No surprises. The quote was the final price paid. He always left the job site clean. I whole heartedly trust this man and you can to! I will be using A+ plumbing in the future to remodel the home. The owners are also super nice guys! The office staff are so helpful.

Do not hesitate to call these guys. I’m a real person. Who had a really big problem. They never asked me to write this. Never offered a discount to say nice things. I just have only nice things to say.

Avoid this company. I needed a faucet installed, not on an emergency basis (so there wasn't an emergency charge). I even provided the hardware. They charged me $431.00. The service fee was $89. The rest was an enormous surcharge. I complained, and it took two months for them to send me an arrogant letter in which the manager compared their service to an elegant restaurant. It was just a faucet installation, for God's sake.

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. From the courteous lady who answered the phone to the technicians who arrived at our house as scheduled - they are the best. The emergency work which they performed was excellent and the cost was reasonable. I will certainly look to this company for other work in the future.

We just purchased our home in June we had what we thought a small sewer septic issue. Little did we know we were going to be over 10,000 dollar in total. A PLUS plumbing specialist Enrique came out after Churchs plumbing had come out and said everything was fine and showed us in a professional manner that we had a bigger issue where pipes were stuffed with things beyond our control and totally needed replaced on that half our house. As soon as we started with that side the other side of our basement pipes were doing the same Enrique guided us through it all as well as Cindy from the office helping us with financing and making us feel so special as first time customers. We would recommend them to any one needing plumbing and heating work we will be using this company for all our heating plumbing and cooling needs. You should be proud of your workers Enrique and Cindy I'm sure they are under paid and don't get much recognition but they need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service manners. 👏

A couple of days ago when my water heater stopped working I called five different plumbing companies. A+ was the only one that actually returned my phone call and it was right away the next morning. They were out that day to assess the situation and two days later I have my new water heater. Very pleased!

A+ was very quick and responsive to my water heater going out. I called right at 7:30 am and they had someone out by 11 am that day. Unfortunately we need a new water heater that they will install for us but Shawn B also noticed a potentially bad pipe that needs replaced to prevent a main water leak so that will be getting done next.

Joel came out to inspect my furnace because I had no heat, only cold air blowing, and he got my heat to turn on in 10 mins!! He was quick and very informative and I really appreciate his knowledge. Very professional.

After discovering a gas leak and seeing all of the bad experiences others had with using other companies, we gave A+ a call and couldn't be happier with their service! Logan was top-notch in his knowledge and his customer service is perhaps the best in recent memory! Don't bother calling around- give A+ a call and ask for Logan.. you'll be glad you did!

For some reason my review keeps being taken down (it's probably being marked as SPAM) but here's my experience with the company.

I hired them because I had a clog on my main drain (hired them on 05/27/2022) and had to pay emergency fee so the total charged for the service was ($509) and a few days later (less than 5 days to be exact) on 06/02/2022 (Monday was Memorial Day), I was facing the same problem once again.

They came here, spend 30 minutes, said that everything was resolved (when it clearly wasn't) and left.

When I called for the 1st time to possibly hire their services I clearly specified that when my washing machine ran the water would return on the toilet and bathtub.

After the supposed fix when I used my washing machine for the first time guess my surprise when I had to deal with same exact problem I was initially facing.

When I realized that the problem had never been solved I tried contacting them to talk about it and have them come over once more to solve it. I called twice actually. Initially spoke with someone that wasn't helpful at all and just tried to "brush the problem off" passing it to the person responsible for answering the phone since she was not there.

Then an hour later I called again and talked to the person that supposedly was the one that "could help" and again nothing. She said that there was no guarantee on the service provided, also said that if they came over again it would be necessary to charge me again, and nothing else could be done other than passing my contact info to someone else.

At that point I asked the ETA for a resolution of my problem, when I would be contacted, to which she said that they could not help and could not give me an answer.

From there I ended up renting a plumbing snake at united Rentals and fixing the problem myself.

Guess my surprise when Monday morning (06/06/2022) I received a call from one of their staff members mentioning to me that I still owed them for the service.

At that point I just asked them to send me an email with the information so I could CC my lawyer (that way we could have the whole entire conversation documented with all the pictures and videos that were taken of the fact as oriented by her) and them to resolve the problem.

So please do not make the same mistake as me hiring this company because in a moment of stress when you have your house flooding as a consequence of a problem that was not fixed in the first place, instead of kindly working with their customers in a collaborative manner, they will refuse to do so and say that it is your own problem to deal with.
