Sunday morning woke up to find my furnace had stopped working. Called a few other places and they told me call back Monday and order the part. Called Land, and Brad found the part I needed and brought it to me within an hour. I got it put in and everything is working great again. Thanks again to Brad and Land for coming through for me when I really needed it!

Also unreliable just like the previous commenter! They told my fiancé that they can schedule us for a quote. They then called my fiancé back and rescheduled for the following week. Well, we got a call today and the lady asked us what we needed done. We informed her AGAIN that we needed a “ductless air system,” the lady then had the audacity to say that “since it was a ductless air system that we needed, that they didn’t have time for that, but if it was something else, then we would.” Unprofessional and unacceptable!!
They destroyed new framing to install duct work. Had to get it framed again ($2400). They also cut an electrical wire when they took out the framing and it wasnt noticed until everything was finished. That meant paying an electrician to trace all the wires to find the one that was cut and then RIP out the new drywall to get to it. Rerun wire. Redrywall, retape, remud, resand and repaint. Then they never vented the new furnace properly so I had to pay another company to come out and fix. They also never set up the new a/c unit (still waiting for a service call I places back in spring 2018) so had to pay another company for that. I've called and left messages but looks like a lawsuit is the only way to get their attention. They've cost me over $5000 in their mistakes. Avoid at all costs!
Recently had Land replace a capacitor for a furnace fan motor. The technician told my renter that the heat exchanger was cracked around the welds and is dangerous and there for shut off the gas . He than proceeded to send me pictures..of the oxidation. Tells my renter their are cracks in the exchanger First of all the exchanger is stainless steel , normal to have oxidation around welds, after inspecting the unit and testing for carbon monoxide all tests came up (0 ppm carbon monoxide) No visible signs of cracks or pin holes. Get a second opinion !
