Knowing I had a bad experience last year, Masters chose to send out someone who did not explain what they were doing and just wanted me to pay for work that he said needed done. When told we were getting a second opinion due to our bad experience last year, "it didn't matter to him" and then he DROVE THROUGH OUR FRONT YARD. If this is what we can expect from a company we've traded with for well over a decade, we'll just use someone else.

Blake from Masters Heating and Cooling called before he came which was great so I could put the dog up. Then showed up on time to service our A/C systems and air cleaner. He explained the value of having their service contract, which we purchased. Very nice and not pushy.

Tech Mike was friendly and professional. he didn’t fuss about my cats, and he answered all of my questions. He even gave me a tip on how to receive a HVAC maintenance rebate from our energy company. He also got our hot water working temporarily until we can get our water heater replaced. I highly recommend these folks for your heating and cooling needs!

Donna made a great 1st impression with me while setting up the appointment. She listened to my concerns and paired me with the technician that she felt would deliver. In comes Dennis this morning at 8am! I greeted Dennis at my front door in a robe and slippers😳 He didn't even blink an eye. Dennis introduced himself and mentioned something that I had talked to Donna about. I needed to be leaving for work by 9:30am! Loved the communication! The whole entire time Dennis was in my home he was professional, courteous (he called me ma'am!) and prompt.

Customer service has fallen to the wayside across the board but I can tell you that Master's Heating & Cooling definitely has the right people with Donna and Dennis!

And guess what? I was on time for work! Loved my experience with this company.
