Our technician today was Mr Maxie. He is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. This is a good company and I do recommend there services.

The unit has not been installed but so far so good. Mike was awesome in diagnosing the problem and being honest. Dave was easy to talk to and was transparent about the process. They cane recommended to me and I can see why, honest professiinals

I like that I receive a text message when the technician is on his way with a link that tells me about how soon he will be here. Mike has serviced our boiler for about 3 years now. He is courteous and knowledgeable. When I have questions he answers them with as much detail as I need to understand. The company is very responsive to problem calls.

Dennis did a very good job explaining what he found on the A/C maintenance. Masters always has been professional in their work and giving options without sales pressure! Pleasure to do business with them!

The Masters technician arrived at the scheduled time with totally competent equipment and did a highly informed overview of our 5 year old furnace which was making a noise we didn't understand. Along the way I learned I'd been neglecting our humidifier, having received no guidance from the install crew years before. Thanks to Masters, no neglect going forward. Big diff between knock-it-out installation and max-useful maintenance--Masters is definitely who you want for the latter(!)--but ideally for both. This guy brought us totally up to speed on everything, including identifying the mystery sound which was simply the retraction of certain ductwork, when a cooler blower stopped following a heat cycle. Time spent with this Masters professional was well spent; price was right.

Excellent experience with Master’s. Showed up on time, install went smoothly, cleaned up, explained everything I needed to know. They were very friendly and professional from the office staff who I spoke with and the installers. They sent a text with a picture of the installer when they were on their way. I would 100% recommend them.

Our HVAC was installed by Master’s several years ago, and we have had them regularly inspect it 2x times a year since, when the hot water tank needed replaced, it was an easy matter to have the work done by them. I have told all my friends/coworkers of my exp. with the company, always do great work. Mike has saved us twice! Really does outstanding work.

Mike was on time, fixed the issue very quickly with my indoor heating system, and showed me how to fix the problem. He also gave me information on their routine maintenance package of how to stay proactive which also comes at a good price. He was very friendly and professional as well. Would highly recommend and I hope Mike performs my next service call as well.
