I went to work there at $18.40 an hour got my first pay it showed $18.21 I called said would fix next pay $18.17 I called said it’s being taken care of last pay $18.13 yes I quit company is crooked as hell

They tell you orientation that the employees turnover rate is high, I guess so when the company put you on assignments with no training and then terminate you for not knowing how to do the job they gave you with no training.

If I could, I wouldn’t give a star to this company. For a company who claims to be the best, they don’t stand behind their product for nothing. No Christmas in this household this year! Thanks Carrier! Never will I use your company again!!

Every time I deliver here, they take over 3 hours to get me unloaded, even with only a dozen pallets on my trailer.

The company would be good if they kept their jobs in America. Carrier United Technologies Corporation is a evil money hungry company that worries more about making money so the C.E.O's and others can have Yachts and multiple homes and vacations, all while laying off good hard working Americans and moving all their jobs to Mexico. The products made by the people in Indiana are good products when the company does not cheap out and buy inferior parts. This company used to make the best product world wide but has went down hill in the last few years. I could go on forever but you get the idea.

They shorted me hours on my last check and won’t call me back. I’ve left multiple messages over the span of a week. They don’t care at all this company is not to be trusted

I thank God and I am blessed that I have my job. Great 💰Money but very overwhelming and exhausted from working 6and7 days a week😭🙏

If anyone is shocked this still happened under trump AND pence even after PERMANENT tax cuts for corporations you are naive and in denial. But it's okay because they will still be wealthy and have jobs.

Great company..and leader in air conditioning manufacturing, and brand name ...great customer service..and product.

They will not stand behind thier product. The reviews I see online show they had many issues with product made in 2005, 2006 and they are not willing to take responsibility for those bad products. I have never had to write a bad review of a company as big as carrier. BUT THEY FAILED AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will let as many people know as possible to AVOID CARRIER PRODUCTS FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
