Allen supervisor discriminated against me pushed me while saving RJs finger that was cut bad because of mild functional parts after that I was suspended sent home multiple times and he also didn’t want me to run the machine so they demoted me.. and sent me through hell he said he would make sure I’m fired and took off my job and that is what happened the Union is doing barely nothing after they take all our money

Turn over rate is high. Company bullying, unsafe practices, environment is becoming toxic, employees are underappreciated, unethical supervisors and Upper management. HR constantly violate employees with tactics of intimidation. Almost 25 years employed and it's very demoralizing and depressing. Please pray that we get some leadership in this factory!

Poor place to work!!! They do not care about their employees!!! Management walking around doing absolutely nothing !!! Highly paid management fire people on false allegations!!! If ur a hard worker you will be fired!!! If ur lazy an do the bare minimum then your ok you will have a job!!! Hr is the worst they fire people for no reason at all on the word of lazy people who contribute absolutely nothing to the company!!! Be aware if ur thinking about working here don’t do it!!!!

Well had car trouble lost job then was screwed out of my check for 20 hrs on pay day . So not happy. And tomorrow might have to contact labor board cause didn't get hrly rate that I was hired in at either.

This is all around a great place. Great service and atmosphere. They do right by their employees too.

How you get there by gps is right but the building has no name nor address in clear view so just know its the first fence building on the right after you turn off school girl street or girl street watever..but its the first building dont go to second gate thats the out and the 3rd entrance down is a total different company. I got a drop/hook its a regular check in its tight back in the trailer pickup so be careful.

Great place to drop and hook. Friendly guards. Yard guys will help you if you need assistance with lower landing gear on a high trailer.

Warranty policy needs to be changed. I purchased an A.C. unit in Feb of 23rd and was told there was a 10 yr warranty on the units. After discussing with them, it turns out this is only if you fill out the registration card. I have all the original invoices and am the original owner. Hard for me to understand why a 5 min registration is required for them to honor the warranty on their product if proof of purchase is available. Its a bad ,outdated policy. This is 2018 , they should invest in an I.T. system that ensures all registrations should be automatically done at original purchase. It seems like a strategy to advertise a 10 yr warranty, but be able to avoid honoring for a portion of units.
