I've used Owens Heating & Cooling a handful of times for both my home and business. They have been very responsive and on site within a day or two. Their quotes are accurate, and once was even below their estimated cost. I didn't feel nickel and dimed. Each repair was done successfully and they stand behind their work without trying to upsell me.

Had an appointment for today, they never showed up. We called 5 separate times. Each time we were promised a call back that we never received. The last time we called the lady who answered tried to give my husband 3 separate stories as to why they never showed. Each one invalid and we had proof showing the stories she gave was invalid. Horrible service. Currently trying to reschedule. Would definitely go with someone else if we could afford it! Because the hell they've put us through today is ridiculous! Now we will have to wait another week to have heat for my children.

Awesome company! Josh and his team were great. One of our parts was delayed so Josh gave a discount. They were fast and right on time. Not to mention the price was reasonable! Furnace wasn't free like some companies advertise but Owens was still cheaper than those companies. A "Free Furnace" place wanted almost $10,000! I won't go to anyone else in an emergency or otherwise. Excellent pick. Happy customer!
