I had an annual check-up of my heating and cooling system this time round done by a team of three technicians from Zone Heating And Air Conditioning. I was impressed by their prompt response and convenience, efficiency, and clearly communication about the work. I highly recommend this company moving forward.

Our A/C stopped working this afternoon and Zone Heating And Air Conditioning came out with a super quick response. Specialist checked our system for us so we are on our way back to being cool again. We are multiple time user's of this company, we greatly appreciate them and highly recommend them.

What an honest hard working decent company. Nearly every other AC company in this area has tried to basically create problems that do not exist. This company has provided maintenance and repair on several of my homes and have always done an exceptional job charging only for what was actually needed, our latest technician was great by the way.

Our unit died and we had at least 3 guys out who said that we had to replace it. Zone Heating And Air Conditioning rep is the one who acknowledged that replacement is not necessary and knew what to do to fix it.. Told me exactly when they would need to be in my home; came at exactly those times. And fixed the issue.Thanks and highly recommended!

I have known Peter for several years now and I have never been disappointed by his services. He is always cheerful and makes sure you are happy. He always have few minutes to explain everything to us before he leaves. He is an asset to Zone Heating And Air Conditioning company and I am proud to know him and I am comfortable with the work he does. Thanks Peter. I recommend them.

I wish I could give 10 stars because they have done amazing work. From Jeremy taking the calls to all the technicians; the staff are polite and professional. I’m so thankful to have Zone Heating And Air Conditioning service. I highly recommend.

My experience with this company was terrible I called them on Saturday they said the tech was going to come out on Sunday , he never showed, I had to constantly call them to follow up on the visit - the tech said he was not able to make it on Sunday and that he going to come by Monday morning – I understand you get busy all OK – So Monday comes around and after reaching out every hour he finally arrived Monday night - charged me to replace a $30 part the take him 10 min to change for a little under $500- I thought fine as long as my furnace is fixed and a few days later the same original issue happened – I called the company stating the issue is still not fixed - the company said they will have the same tech come out the next day which he did – the tech told me it was a different issue and he would let me know the cost that will fix the problem, but he never let me know the cost – hold on but wait? I spend almost $500 ! What was that for then? They never fixed the original problem - I just gave up on them – and felt robbed.
I am giving them two stars simply because I am in a good mood today and they did come out and look at the issue and the tech did seem nice – another concern that raises a flag - the reviewers have to be fake, for example Charles Lee; that reviewed two heating and cooling places during the same time in different totally different areas , and with two other reviewers with the similar last names Hanson and Hansen?- and every reviewer gave them 5 stars and stating same day service? That never happened with my experience - If those are real reviews then the company changed and starting to go down hill.. Sorry wish I could give them 5 stars - I do enjoy giving awesome reviews when there is good experience but not with this business – please look elsewhere and be warned.

I had messed up when I tried to replace my thermostat and my heating would not come one. I called Zone Heating And Air Conditioning and Jeremy came out the same day and got me squared away in no time. I will definitely hire them again.

Jeremy came by and showed me exactly what was wrong with the Unit. Parts were ordered and installed in a timely fashion. My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely hire them again.

Horrible experience. Bad customer service and very insencere. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and got stood up twice. They have wonderful reviews but maybe things have gone downhill for them. They tell you to wait for calls that never happen. Wasted 2 full days waiting for them to come to my house. A man named Phil told me my number comes up as a likely scam. I’ve had the same number for 16 years so I don’t understand how that makes sense. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING! This was a very upsetting experience.
