AC quit blowing cold over the long holiday weekend, no bueno. I started calling local companies to see how soon they could get someone out to look at it, my wife does NOT like the heat. I got a very nice gal that was extremely sympathetic to my dilemma. She explained that they were very busy on Tuesday but would keep me on the list in case they had any cancellations. Unfortunately it did not work out for that day but she did call me back and kept me informed that she did get me on for Wednesday 9-11am. I had called at least 4 other companies that gave me the same response but they didn't even bother to call me back. On Wednesday at 9:10am there was a ring at my bell. Bob came in and got right to work. He explained everything he was checking and why. He was fully knowledgeable of what he was doing and had my AC blowing cold in no time. Bob was friendly and set me at ease while he did his thing while I was working from home. I will continue to call Mr. Freeze and specifically Bob for all our future HVAC needs. Big thanks to a great company that made my wife a very happy lady today.

They replaced both my furnace & ac unit on the same day. They had everything done in about 6 hours. Everyone was so friendly, professional, & respectful. Their price was also lower than other estimates I got. Would definitely recommend them!!

Mr. Freeze is a great company with wonderful customer service. They came to our home after hours to fix our air conditioning unit. I would recommend Mr. Freeze to friends and family. Wish there were more companies like this one.

They just replaced my whole home humidifier that failed after 20+ years. Bob and Chino were the techs that came onsite and installed the new Aprilaire 700 humidifier. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The price was excellent. I would recommend them if you need HVAC work.

Carlos is so prompt & makes sure he follows up before he ever bills you! He took care of my friends furnace fast efficiently explained everything to them so they know what they need to do for the future to keep it clean and things that need to be repaired he's honest about and I've used him before for my business and my home and trust me he is truly honest thank you Carlos you're a great guy and a talented man!
