I had the salesman come out for an appointment. Gave me info on 3 separate packages for furnace ac and run ductwork ans labor. I can read people pretty good eapecially a salesman bc they are mostly all bullshitters. So he says there should be 3 or 4 people her for install. Well i cone home on lunch hour to find few white guys and like 8 Hispanics. 1st thing to thought is they subcontract work out. So after talking to the salesman on the phone , he assured me the work is not subcontracted out so I asked one of the guys and they said they do work when company is swamped. So in my eyes the work was subcontracted out. Anyways ive had numerous isssues with furnace ac since 1st days. Then i go to find out they used all flex duct. which loses alot and i specifically told the guy i dont want that and if I was going to do that I would do it all myself let's just say in the last three years I've had this my NIPSCO bill has gone up over $100 a month I spent a total of $10,000 on this system to supposedly save me a lot of money a month I've been in my house for 18 years when I moved in I had an old air conditioning unit and furnace so after both be 20 years old I went with my a whole new set up for save me money I'm losing about $125 a month besides the $10,000 I spent for the whole system worst place and by the way the salesman name was Pat and then I heard from another company that test that out they didn't even fill the fridge all the way they didn't caulk where they needed the caulk they do not have enough return was told the system is too small for the house and just very bad customer service and think twice about going to these people the thing is it I'm not rich I went in debt so bad because of this new system they promised me was the best so now being in the hole

I called Hollaway-Meyers to fix my geothermal unit. When they came over they stated that it something to do with the water or water pressure and added more water to the unit, they said the unit was fixed. Couple weeks later our unit stopped working again, so I called back, when they came out, they said that my unit needed to be replaced and would cost around $10,000. I ended up called around to see if I could get a cheaper price and turns out that Hollaway-Meyers missed diagnosed the problem (we talked to several companies) and it had too much coolant in the unit and was a lot cheaper to fix. I haven't had a problem since. After talking with my neighbors it turns out that Hollaway-Meyers has been quoting incorrect problems with the geothermal units and charging an enormous amount of money to get them fixed. Some of these people were elderly and didn't know any better.

Let me start with this is my second time doing business with Holloway Meyer's my first experience was actually good but to bad I can't say the same for this time. I would not recommend them to anyone. Just poor service.

I didn't buy anything yet. But talking to the Sales rep was helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly.

Called them at 7:00 AM by 8:00 AM they were at the house working on my air conditioning unit. service man was very professional and had my unit back up and running in 30 minutes. Can't ask for better service then that!

They helped me when no one else would...I was able to finance and get great service

Called at 12:30 am to tell them that our funace was out and they said that they will call the tech on call, they called us back at 8:00 this morning. Really, what kind of 24 hr hour sevice is that
