Jonah arrived exactly when he said he would in the call earlier in the day. He was very professional and knowledgeable, found the problem quickly(really dirty filter and heat exchanger!) and cleaned the heat exchanger for us. He gave us some tips on how to do it in the future. He’s a credit to Williams Comfort Aire. There’s a reason why I’ve used them for the past 20 years and will
use them on the future as well.
