Even through problems, Mark IV will keep pursuing until it is resolved.
Any company would prefer no issues when something is installed and each company is considered a great company when no issues exist.
However, you can tell which company really cares about their customer, when there is an issue.
Coming from someone that did have an issue, This Company Cares! They take care of you as if you are family. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

My experience with Mark IV has been nothing but positive and completely different than the other reviewer. I’ve used them for a furnace replacement, installing air returns to my second story (yes, didn’t notice that one when I was buying the house!), installing a whole home humidifier, and general HVAC maintenance. My initial contact was to solve the extreme temperature imbalance between the floors, much related to the lack of air returns. Steve and Mark conducted an entire home analysis to determine mathematically my home’s heat loss and gain. They were thorough, friendly, clean, and on time. I appreciated the attention to detail and using some science behind the decisions they made. They were not high pressure whatsoever and developed a 3-part solution. I do think they may be on the higher side of price, but I honestly haven’t even gotten competitive bids because I trust these guys implicitly

I’ve used this company several times over the last year. We bought a new house with a heat pump and had lots of issues with both the heating and cooling over the year. They originally came out in January to fix the heat. The tech had to come back several times because every time he “fixed” the issue the heat would stop again 20min later. Eventually he said it was a wire issue and that we needed to familiarize ourself with the unit. We tried a new thermostat per his suggestion and that didn’t fix the issue. Luckily a friend had a similar unit and told us how to bypass the heat pump so we could have heat all winter. Fast forward to May, we go to turn our AC on and it doesn’t work. Again we call and they send a different tech. He was fairly young and seemed like he was new to the job. He went outside, did the work and then came in to tell me what was wrong. I was confused because normally they find the issue, tell you how much it’s going to cost, and then ask if you want to do the work. I mentioned this to him and he looked a little embarrassed, but admitted I was right. He then made some calls and told me that we were still covered under warranty so it wouldn’t cost us anything and left. Then in October the same young tech came out to do a yearly furnace inspection to make sure everything was good for the winter season. He said the unit was fine and left. We had paid for this service earlier in the year so there was no charge that day. Then all this week our heat keeps kicking off no matter what setting we put it on. We decide to go with a different company since Mark IV hadn’t really solved any of our issues. I called Mark IV today to get copies of our invoices so I could tell our new tech what all we’ve had done to the unit. They were polite and sent me the invoices by email. Then later today I look at my bank account and Mark IV CHARGED ME 123.68 for the service back in May. They didn’t call me to let me know they were going to charge my account (a week before Christmas!!), they never sent me an invoice, and the tech TOLD ME IT WAS COVERED. When I called them to ask what was going on, they took zero responsibility, said they couldn’t account for what the tech said, and that even though it was their fault for not processing the invoice or calling me, that I still needed to pay it! I asked to speak to the owner but the lady on the phone said he was “out” and he “might” get back to me. If I wasn’t already leaving this company for their incompetence, I would definitely be leaving now for their awful customer service! I definitely don’t recommend them, unless you want your credit card number used 7 months later without your consent!

Jennifer just called me asking if there was anything she could do to resolve my issue because Mark is busy. I told her taking this fraudulent charge off my account would resolve the issue. She continued to go in circles about how their was a miscommunication between the tech and I, and that they had set aside the invoice from MAY. It wasn’t processed because THEY FORGOT about it, they NEVER mailed me an invoice. But she continued to insist that they had the a right to charge me since I signed for the work. THEN SHE THREATENED ME SAYING I COULD CALL
MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BUT THEY HAVE MY SIGNATURE SO THERES NOTHING I CAN DO. I told her their company is disgusting and to never call me again. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC #, they keep your information and will charge you randomly without your consent.
